The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. My wife likes the service of the bear on the Ikkyu diamond. I was grateful that I could choose red and white wine, and I opened one. It is the same everywhere at the subway station, but it is difficult to know where the hotel is located even though it is on the ground nearby. Once I knew the location, it was fine, but at first I was lost.

Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

The room and view are great, and the service is worthy of the price. The swimming pool is good, but children are not allowed to swim. The children are a bit disappointed. If you are a parent, you will not choose this place next time. Conrad’s facilities are not as new as Prince Gallery, but it is more child-friendly . This hotel is suitable for couples... it will be very graphic.

Very good hotel, I will stay there again if I have the chance. The view from the front desk is very good, overlooking the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium next to it. There happened to be a baseball game during the few days I stayed. Although I didn't understand the rules, the atmosphere was pretty good. There is Lawson on the first floor of the hotel. I often buy boxed apple juice and drink it. The apple juice is very popular. There is a large public bath in the hotel. If you go there early or late, there will be no crowds and it will be very comfortable. I especially like the bubble pool, and I feel exhausted.

This was one of the best hotel in Tokyo especially Shinjuku area. It is near the station of Marunochi line for easy access to other line or areas like Shibuya, Ginza, and Ikebukuro. Near the hotel there are several Halal restaurant for Muslim travller. With reasonable price you can get a premium luxury service in this hotel. We enjoy staying in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. I will stay in this hitel again if I have a chance to visit Tokyo in the near future.

It’s a very nice location at Aoyama, you can easily find metro station, restaurants, supermarket, family mart and pharmacy. The room is tiny but the facilities are nice. The only issue is the wifi, not stable, I got disconnection multiple times. Nice choice for 1 or 2 nights.

It is not a hotel in the classic sense. It is more like a Boardinghouse. The rooms are like small apartments with a bathroom, small kitchenette, washing machine. The room is really large for Japanese conditions, we had a room with double bed, sofa, small table, desk, TV (only Japanese broadcasters), air conditioning, small balcony, from which we even could see the Fuji Mount. The bed was very good, comfortable, large (Japanese double beds are otherwise often very narrow!), good bed linen. All overall was very clean, but the sofa had a lot of spots and overall could be renovated once. It really only refers to the optics, it worked everything. In the bathroom everything was available (as usual in Japan). The kitchen line is too small to really cook something, but for breakfast, cupnoodles or to warm up a finished dish in the microwave is enough. However, there are so many restaurants in the nearby run that you can go very well to eat. We booked the room without breakfast because you can also go to a very good and relatively cheap breakfast in Japan and the hotel's breakfast had no good reviews. The hotel is located on a 4-spurged street, it is nothing more out on the evening and in the room it was absolutely quiet. The public transportation station is 3 minutes walking distance, the metro and JR trains are driven to the station. You can get to all the attractions well. Of course you are also on a longer journey in Tokyo. There are 2 mini markets near the hotel where you can take care of everything. Entry and check-in went quickly and smoothly, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again and can recommend the hotel in full. Whoever has been living in a Japanese hotel for a long time knows to appreciate the size of the rooms!

Really good, one bedroom and one bathroom, especially comfortable, suitable for two people to travel. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. The bathroom and bed are also very clean. It feels the same as at home, very good! The location is better, the transportation is also convenient, and it is convenient for shopping and traveling! I've been using Toyoko Inn hotel chain for many years and they are an excellent choice for travelers looking for a simple and real Japanese experience. This is a business hotel chain so don't expect anything fancy, but if you want to experience a bit of salaryman kind of experience, go for it. The value for money is unbeatable in my opinion. The check-in is late also for Japanese standards (4pm if you are not a member) so you might want to apply for a card membership online in advance. Members can check in at 3pm. Bear in mind that they are rather strict with this, so if you arrive earlier, leave your bags and explore Shinjuku. The single room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus they offer free toiletries and nightgowns in the reception area. The room also comes with a kettle, a fridge and a safe. Unfortunately, I booked quite late so I ended up with a smoking room although I asked to spray it. However, you can still smell it. If you are a smoker that might be convenient for you (especially if you come from Europe where smoking rooms are a memory of the past). The bed was comfortable with a straw pillow which can be hard for someone who is used to feather pillows. Location: This hotel's location is very convenient, situated just a short walk from the metro shinjuku gyoen mae train station, not too far from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku kabukicho, but in a relatively calm area. It's a 15 minute walk from Shinjuku kabukicho (5 minutes by train) and there are a few restaurants nearby. Breakfast: complimentary breakfast which is a simple Japanese breakfast made by two energetic ladies with a generous offer of onigiri, sausages, scrambled eggs, miso soup, sweet bread, coffee etc. You can also take this back to your room in a box provided there if you don't want to eat in the lobby. Overall, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable, and japanese business hotel style place to stay in Japan. The hotel offers excellent value for money and the location is great if you like a quieter place near the hustle and bustle.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is between Aoyama-1-chome and Nogizaka subway stations. You can take the Ginza Line/Hanzomon Line/Toei Oedo Line/Chiyoda Line. It is convenient to travel. It is not too far to walk to the Roppongi business district. There are a lot of delicious places to eat and shop, and you can even see Tokyo Tower. The hotel's functional facilities are quite comprehensive and quite clean. Bottled drinking water and some daily necessities can be picked up for free on the first floor. It is also equipped with a washing machine with drying function. It is really convenient for a long trip. The small five organs are all in place.

My experience was a bit different than some other reviewers. Others referred to the peeling paint in the bath. My room musts have been remodeled (it was on the 5th floor) because it seemed newly done, and had a nice acrylic sort of covering on the walls. I stayed in a western room, and it had plenty of room as a single traveler. I especially liked the bath, as it had full Japanese bath facilities, including a wide variety of lotions and creams. The layout of the room was fine, with the toilet in a separate small room and the bath separate again from the sleeping area. The shower pressure was great, as is typical in Tokyo. I found the bed to be comfortable and the pillows were soft. My biggest gripe with the place is the wifi. For whatever reason, I found the wifi to drop constantly on my phone. My laptop security software gave me a warning of some outdated security settings on the hotel's wifi system, so I don't know if that was relevant or not. All I do know is that I found the wifi on my phone to be unreliable. In general, if you have a pocket wifi device for backup, this is a nicely-located, well-equipped budget choice near to Shinjuku.
