I really loved this hotel. It was a stones throw away from the Shinjuku train station. The room, although very small was very comfortable and cosy. I'd recommend getting breakfast from the top floor. The food was delicious and a great start to the day, also the view from the top floor would just motivate you to go out and get ready to explore. When I am back in Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel again

location ok. 5 mins walk to H line exit 3. Room a bit small. Voice isolation not that good. Can request for inner side room not face to the street when booking or at check in counter. Within 30 mins can reach any popular area in Tokyo overall recommend to stay.

There is also a convenience store at level 2 that close at 2am for those who want to get some small bites, snacks or drinks. It is huge and because it’s located in the hotel, shelves are pretty filled up. The hotel's facilities, include a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool (didn’t get to try as it is winter). The attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property adds to the sense of comfort and well-being. There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. What truly sets Keio Plaza Hotel apart is its exceptional service. The staff is known for their professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout their stay. The attention of all the staffs to detail from check in and amenities reflects the commitment to providing a high-quality experience for guests. We loved the hotel while we stayed. Room was small but larger than a typical Japanese standard and should not be a problem for a couple. All the space of the room was efficiently utilized. Room had a fridge and a hot pot. There are many electrical outlets, for example, at the bedsides. Window blind was impressive so that it was completely dark when we put on the blind. Free wifi was very fast and we did not have any problem with the network. An ice machine as well as a microwave was available on the second floor. Lobby was small. Amenities were to be picked up from the lobby. Staff was all very kind with a good command of English. Nishi-kasai Tokyo metro station was a stone's throw from the hotel. There is Y's Mart around the corner. Aeon (a much bigger market) is 10 minutes away if one walks. A few minor issues are obviously Tokyo downtown is somewhat far, about 40 minutes by metro. They did not provide water bottles, which we did not mind because of the reasonable price. All in all, we enjoyed the stay and would come back if we have a chance to visit.

Situated nicely between two subway stations and a few convenience store options (one directly opposite). Extremely pleasant environment next to a middle school, and room was very comfortable. Minor caveat is the tv didn't have many channels or non Japanese options.

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a ”spa” facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.

This is a great hotel. Although it may not be as fancy as other Disney Resort Hotels, it is definitely the most affordable one. The rooms are huge, the breakfast buffets are free for some room bookings and if you are lucky, you can even see Mt. Fuji from the balcony! There are four breakfast buffet restaurants in Sheraton, and Galleria will be the best for kids. With cotton candy machines and nice jellies, the kids will love this buffet. It is even recommended for adults—the selection of food there is great. There is all types of food, from miso soup to pasta to salads and fruits. If you have a sweet tooth, you can get the delicious pastries or even the cotton candy! There also many drinks and a wide array of food items!There are also connecting rooms for families of four and above. If you want to stay in the Disney area, this is the most affordable hotel you will find!

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We had a wonderful time in Japan. We will probably visit again but until then we say... Domo Arigatou &... Sayonara! Malay Adhikari (Melbourne, Australia)

A normal 3 stars hotel. Hotel room is kind of small, we can only open 1 luggage in the room. There is only 1 small seat and super small table in the room, we can only sit on the bed to watch TV or to have some snack at night. The room facilities are a bit old. Location is good, only take 8-10mins walk to Ueno station. Love they have a microwave at the hotel lobby, you can use it anytime to heat up food.
