Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

Tokyo Station/Nihonbashi/Akihabara/Kinshicho Tokyo|1.94km from Tsukuda Namiyoke Inari Shrine
The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

I felt transfixed in time; My room door opened with an actual key. The furnishings and decor, ostentatious but tasteful. I felt like I could have met Humphrey Bogart in the hallway. The hotel had an air of privacy and was peaceful and calm. I also liked the location. I know it was a bit of a nuisance to find, but once you realized exactly where you were in terms of the metro exits, when you walk out of the hotel, you could easily think you’re in the suburbs with your family; away from the hustle & bustle of city life.

Service apartment type, mini kitchen, microwave oven, washing machine, bathtub, refrigerator, washlet, tableware, dryer, air conditioner, veranda, laundry dryer, It is convenient to live in beds, TV, couches, tables, etc. with a smapho place. The tableware place was displayed in Tepla, washing detergent, tableware detergent, electric pot, air conditioner on at check-in, and felt fine care. However, the method of check-in is an email after 15 o'clock at the time of check-in, and if you don't know this, you can't enter the museum. Tsukiji, Yurakucho Shintomi Cho on the Hibiya line is within 10 minutes walk, and there are ion supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which is the best hotel for long stays.

Although the hotel is small, but all aspects are quite unique, it is worth a family of three to settle in, suitable for bringing children, no need for extra beds, such a big bed, there is a sofa, breakfast did not eat, but for me to travel alone Guests, more or less a little waste haha (ノ _ _) ノ There is a small 瑕疵 is the location of the hotel is not easy to find, the parking lot seems to think a little more hahahahahaha, the curtain feels a little pulled, but it may be **Being a problem, I have not stayed at the hotel for a long time. I was looking for a hotel with a kitchen and I chose this hotel. I brought my room clothes because the pajamas were a loan of 1000 yen per suit. But the tableware and cooking equipment were in the order of first arrival, but I could borrow it! The kitchen was small, but the room was large and easy to spend! The refrigerator was big and I was happy that there was an oven function in the microwave oven, and it was a Dyson dryer!

My husband and I stayed in a Western/Japanese style room. It was a decent size room and had everything we needed, but didn't feel too crowded. The kitchenette had a stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, silverware, plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Kitchen soap, paper towels were also included. There was a Western style table and chairs and a Japanese style table with cushions. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom. You could get detergent from the front desk. The shower/bathroom was on the larger size and Japanese style. The toilet was in a separate room. The bed was large and very comfortable. Everything was high tech. There was a TV, but we did not turn it on. The location was great and very quiet! It was about a 15 minute walk to the Ginza shopping District and about a 5 minute walk to the train station, which basically connects you to anywhere in the city. There was a convenient store across the street and several other markets/convenient stores within a few minutes walk. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It was sometimes difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier, but we always managed a way to figure things out. If you like apartment style accommodations, I would definitely recommend the Gate Stay Premium Ginza Shintomicho.

There are two single beds, as well as a high and low bed, which is very suitable for a family of four. Pots and pans, ovens, refrigerators, microwave ovens, induction cookers are all available. You can buy vegetables, sausages, fish and other breakfasts in the supermarket near the hotel. There are also ramen restaurants, izakayas, etc. nearby, about a little more than one kilometer away from Ginza Shopping Center, which is very convenient. The service is basically self-service, and there is an additional charge for cleaning halfway. Of course, it is very convenient to maintain it yourself. The little girl and the young man at the front desk are English service, very American pronunciation, and very polite. If you want to experience Japanese home life, a family of four is still very suitable for this hotel.
