Service was excellent! Staff were helpful. Left early morning for a day tour when I realized I left my watch in the room. I called the hotel reception via Trip.com (for free using internet). They kept it safe for me without any additional fees. Picked it right up at the reception when I came back at the hotel. Late check out was also accommodated with a reasonable fee of 1,300 JPY per hour.
Location was in a quiet area, a few minutes walk from akasaka mitsuke station. Room is reasonably sized for Tokyo -- able to open my large suitcase then pushed it under the bed. Bathroom was spacious with a full shower area.
Free amenities (skin care) and coffee available 24/7 at the reception. Every afternoon, there's also free snacks on a first come, first served basis.
Overall enjoyed my stay in the b Akasaka.

Location is perfect. Next to Don Quijote, so many family marts around and right at Ginza shopping street. Just a quick stroll to Tsukiji. There are common areas at the lobby area, nicely set up.
Rooms are good size. The beds as slightly elevated, so it’s easy to push luggage under the bed to get more space in the room. Shower is legendary.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Senso-ji Temple. Right across the street, there's a Matsuya, 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, Don Quijote, and Uniqlo. Crucially, there are many subway stations nearby, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, the hotel next door offers a shuttle bus service to Narita and Haneda Airports, which was a huge relief for us traveling with luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the subway station and take the airport express.
This is my second time to stay this hotel. Although the room is small but this is just nice for a couple. I am really love this hotel location as it is not a busy city of Tokyo and also not far from Tokyo. At the same time, the hotel street along come with many types of local authentic restaurants as well as the hotel downstairs do have Lawson. Highly highly recommended this hotel!!!
A few STEPS away from KEIO HACHIOJI STATION that can LEAD to SHIBUYA STATION if you're a TRAVELER. About 10 minutes are going to JR HACHIOJI STATION.
Very NEAR to STATION
A CONVENIENCE STORE is right beside the HOTEL
Shopping MALL, RESTAURANTS is just around every corner.
The HOTEL is CLEAN. There was a FREE SNACK in the evening (PANCAKES) that you will do it by yourself [you should check the time ] ait is NEAR THE LOBBY.
Exceptional stay. Location is superb, within a walking distance from Ueno park and its museums, very near Koishikawa Korakuen garden, Tokyo University, Tokyo Dome and metro stations. The rooms are well-equipped and very neat, with humidiefier/air cleaner and daily room service bringing fresh towels and bath robes. Super nice public bath area. Breakfast is plain okay, but the ice cream in the evening is just gorgeous. The staff is super amicable and nice.
Convenient location with easy access to the subway station, less than 50 meters away, and just one stop from Tokyo Station.
Breakfast is served buffet-style, but the selection is somewhat limited due to the limited seating space in the lobby.
The location is excellent, with several subway lines nearby. It's only about a 5-minute walk from the subway exit to the hotel. Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of dining options, which is very convenient. There's also a drugstore where both staff members speak Chinese, which is a thoughtful touch.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are good.
Service: The front desk staff don't speak Chinese, but communication in English was perfectly fine.
Facilities: The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for my daughter and me.
The hotel is located near JR train station - Shimbashi station which makes travel easy and it is just a short walk away. There are a lot of eatery and shops nearby. The hotel itself is a little small but it is clean with good level of amenities (i.e. hair dryer, security safe, Tea, toiletries...etc). The breakfast is pretty cheap at 500 Yen that gives you a hearty healthy soup and a bun. There is also free bakery bread on my visit. The staffs are very friendly and responsive even before my arrival to discuss on Yamato luggage delivery options.

The air conditioning in the room seemed to have an issue; it was constantly set at 15 degrees Celsius, which was quite cold. I had to wear a thick thermal shirt even in winter. However, I didn't bother asking for help because of the language barrier. The value for money was quite good, though. It's hard to find a triple room for around 1000 yen, including tax. There's a shower, but no bathtub. All the toiletries are provided, and they're decent brands. It's pretty close to Ikebukuro East Exit. After walking around for a few days, I'd actually recommend staying closer to the West Exit!
