We were booked in by my son when we arrived and we're delighted with the total environment! Having not travelled since 2019 had to readjust and the staff and environment helped us greatly ! Every aspect of the hotel was customer focused and Covid aware! In reception nothing was a problem and there was an excellent speaker of English! The dining room suited our needs and the verandah gave extensive views of the city and Tokyo Tower! The food was generous and well prepared and the dinners at night were very good! I must pay particular tribute to Ken in the first our stay and his meticulous attention to our needs and understanding!! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel as people return to Japan and of course Tokyo!

The room was large and luxurious. It was a pity that the outside of the window was the next building, but the others are satisfied. Breakfast was also original and I enjoyed it. Terrific newish hotel in the top 4 floors of an office building. About 320 t0 30 minute walk to Shibuya, Ginza or Harajuku or 2 minutes to the metro station. The metro is easy to use as instructions are in a lot of lanuages and you can pay with coins, notes or cards. We paid a little extra and were in a larger corner room with 180 degree views. Free generous minibar refilled each day. Staff were tops. There is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor which is independent of the notel. Excellent and fair prices. Breakfast was part of our package and it well above average. If you have bags or cant handle stairs ask the taxi to go into the basement from where you access the hotel with ease Tokyo is not cheap but I will certainly be back here

Bars line up the street. Customer service is high standard. The staff are very helpful. The hotel offers free flowing UC C coffee in C pods. Unlimited toiletries is set up at the CC lobby. Their suite is like from Beauty & The Beast. Cozy accommodation. The bath & toilet are donned separately. The suite is Very spacious with its own kitchen. It has its own bar-resto on the 4F. Taxis are accessible just near the Roppongi Station too.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

Excellent staff at the front desk. Most helpful in many ways especially two gentlemen, Laxman and a gentleman whom I assume was the head at the Reception but could not capture the name. I was traveling with a leg injury and found a high level of service coming across to assist and render this journey with my son Sandro, a real good memory. Probably company culture as cleaners and supervisors displayed the same willingness and understanding. Thank you!

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews. The biggest advantage is that it is close to the subway station. However, it is not recommended for the following reasons: 1 If you live on the second floor, what if there is a large car passing by outside the window? Resonance will occur in the room and sound will occur. 2 At the Thai breakfast restaurant next to it, there is basically nothing to eat if you go there late. Location is a 6 min walk from the Akasaka Station. With different restaurants and convenient shops nearby. Hotel staff and nice but the room is a bit small, just enough if you have two suitcases. The duvet was filthy. Ventilation was bad as well, A/C control didn't change any of that, had to open the window at the end. I don't think I will come back again
