Fantastic stay and great location! The staff is extremely friendly and amenities is great. The only things is the dryer machine is quite smelly if you leave your cloth for long after it's done but overall is great!

The hotel is located in Nishi-Shinjuku, and transportation is quite convenient, mainly because it's very close to the Hilton Hotel. You can buy tickets there for the airport bus to both airports, and the price is reasonable. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient for buying food. The hotel breakfast is mediocre, so it's probably better not to book it; you can buy breakfast at the supermarket instead. The rooms come with a washing machine, microwave, and all the pots and pans, so you can easily cook simple meals yourself.

Overall a pleasant stay. My first night the pillows reaked of chemicals and they swapped my room the next night. Location is in the heart of tsujiki outer market which is great in the mornings but area is quiet afterwards and it’s still ~10 minute walk to the subway. Rooms are small but ok for 1 person, will be cramped for a couple.

I enjoyed my stay at Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro, the location is extremely convenient, just a short walk to the station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, practical, and having a washer-dryer inside the room was a big plus.
However, I want to highlight that the hotel is located near a street where some men stand around at night trying to get customers for nearby nightlife establishments. They didn’t disturb me or approach aggressively, but the atmosphere may feel uncomfortable for some travelers, especially late at night.
Overall, the hotel itself is great, but it’s good to be aware of the surrounding area when walking back after dark.
The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of the subway station and surrounded by a comprehensive shopping district. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom has a thoughtful design with separate wet and dry areas. The staff are warm and attentive, and the stay exceeded our expectations!

Facilities: I really liked having a microwave and washing machine in the room. It also came equipped with an electric stovetop and cooking pots, making it perfectly suited for anyone who enjoys cooking. The in-room washing machine was incredibly convenient, saving me the extra cost for laundry services typically found at other hotels. Similarly, the microwave was great for heating up convenience store meals for breakfast.
Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access to public transportation (Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's just a 9-minute walk to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi.
Housekeeping: Room cleaning service is generally provided for stays longer than 6 days. However, if you wish to dispose of trash or get fresh towels, you can simply place the corresponding magnetic sticker on your door.
Service: The service was quite good. One evening, I couldn't locate a specific light switch in my room. After informing the staff, someone promptly came to my room to assist me.

I stayed in a double bed room with small kitchen. Compliemtary drinks of coffee are free to provide every day. The room is quite spacious, but the small kitchen equipment is just barely adequate. Just plates, forks, spoon, small pot, a knife to cut food. No bowls and frying pan. I requested an extra pillow but not provided. It's ok if no bottle water is provided, but the boiling kettle is too small (just 0.6L) to boil water for drinking. Washing machine for washing and drying is a credit! Hair dryer is excellent!

Staying at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is like a boxer practicing butterfly steps—light on its feet, balanced, but never too flashy. The location is great: central, convenient, close to the action. The room hits clean like a well-timed jab—simple, functional, and quiet. But not every punch lands. Not all rooms come with a washing machine, which feels like a missed beat for a hotel that brands itself on long stays. Service is polite but distant, like a sparring partner who won’t commit. You get what you need, but not more. It’s good for a night or two in the ring, but maybe not the full twelve rounds.

Within walking distance of two Ginza stations, laundry facilities in room extremely useful for longer trips and Staff are friendly and helpful even during the busy check-in and check-out timings.
Warning: Higashi-Ginza station's Asakusa line Platform 1 towards Haneda Airport does NOT have any elevator access and the only way to reach the platform is to lug your luggage down two staircases, connecting walkway and back UP two staircases.
Facilities: There are washing machines and humidifiers, which is a good thing. But the washing machine was a little dirty, so I washed it three times before I dared to use it. Then the hotel is a bit old, and you can see obvious bumps and signs of aging.
Hygiene: Cleaned once a week, usually only towels are changed, which is acceptable.
Environment: It is more than 100 meters away from Tokyu Yutenji Station, which is a good thing. More convenient. It is also relatively close to Nakameguro.
Service: After all, it is a business hotel, so there is basically no service. I had expected this before it came. This is normal.
I think it is acceptable for people on business trip. After all, the price-performance ratio is relatively high. I think it may not be suitable for daily outings. Also, the hotel does not have breakfast.

KKiangThe room was very clean and bigger than the Japanese standard for a twin bedroom. It's near Haneda Airport and very convenient to go to the airport and downtown. If I have a chance in the future to come to Tokyo on a late flight, I will stay here again.

RRuoxiqingniI came for a show at Tokyo Dome. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station: cross a bridge, turn left, go up a slight incline, and you're there. A tip for an easier walk: after crossing the bridge, if you continue straight past the first traffic light and then turn left, the uphill path isn't as steep. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The hotel breakfast, as pictured, consisted of frozen items you could easily microwave in your room. It was quick, and the fish provided for rice was delicious. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. Its best feature is the in-room washing machine with a drying function, which is a huge plus compared to other hotels where you have to queue for communal laundry facilities. Since it was either sweltering and humid or raining during my visit, being able to wear fresh, clean clothes every day was incredibly comfortable. Furthermore, shopping, dining, and drugstores are all conveniently located nearby. Don Quijote is directly opposite Tokyo Dome. I also tried Katsukichi Suidobashi branch; their fried shrimp and tonkatsu were great, especially the tonkatsu. And the fast-food place under Suidobashi bridge? Their chicken leg curry and unagi gyudon were absolutely divine – you can even get them to go! I'd definitely come back again.

EElis HamidTokyu Stay Gotanda is located near the train station (Yamanote & Toei Asakusa Lines). I had a wonderful stay there. Maybe slightly pricey (but I think that’s normal for hotels in Japan) but my room comes with a kitchenette, kettle, small stove, microwave, trouser presser, air conditioner, heating, washing machine with dryer, hairdryer and toiletries are on the ground floor lobby for your taking. There’s also a coffee & tea maker, ice machines complimentary from the hotel. Except for drinks from vending machines-that you have to buy. So overall it’s worth the stay.
EEden C.Y.DFantastic stay and great location! The staff is extremely friendly and amenities is great. The only things is the dryer machine is quite smelly if you leave your cloth for long after it's done but overall is great!
