Overall, it was a good experience. On the first floor, there's a self-service area for various toiletries. Children not occupying a bed aren't charged extra, but the beds are quite narrow – it would be cramped for two people. We booked two rooms, so we each had our own bed. There's some motorbike noise at night. There's an elevator. When we checked in, there wasn't a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member available. They provide fresh towels daily, but they don't clean the room; full cleaning is done every four days, which we were informed of at check-in. The downsides are that it's quite a distance from all the subway stations, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to Senso-ji Temple with kids. A Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel to Tokyo Station cost 170. The breakfast options were the same every day. We bought meal tickets for all the kids; I believe children under 5 ate for free. It's good value for money.
The location is excellent, with multiple metro lines passing through, making it very convenient to get anywhere. The East-West Line even connects directly to the hotel, making travel incredibly easy. The room size is decent, and the facilities are comprehensive. Breakfast is very rich, with drinks and coffee available daily. When checking in, they noticed it was my birthday and proactively offered to send a cake in the evening, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a great experience! I'd likely stay here again on my next visit, highly recommended!

This is a truly wonderful hotel, and I'm so glad we chose it this time.
Although the room was very small, it was incredibly well-designed, proving that good things come in small packages. It had everything you could possibly need.
The amenities and services here are incredibly comprehensive:
• Convenient facilities: There's an ice machine, water dispenser, and even a washing machine for laundry.
• Generous F&B: They offer drinks from a beverage machine all day long, complimentary drinks and desserts in the afternoon, and even Ochazuke (rice with tea) in the evening.
• Amazing breakfast: The buffet breakfast was particularly impressive.
• Attentive service: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
What's more, it offers excellent value for money. The price was great, and it's surprisingly close to the subway station, making transfers to anywhere incredibly convenient.
The only thing to be aware of is that the bathroom can be a bit damp, which might lead to a slight musty smell. However, the hotel provides a spray, and a quick spritz in the bathroom makes the smell disappear.
Even though the room was a bit small, the overall experience was excellent, and it's still a fantastic choice. As a family of three, the room felt a bit cramped for us. However, for two people, it would be just perfect.
We absolutely love this hotel! This is in fact, our second stay at this hotel - Hirose and Sato were very friendly and welcoming!
The hotel is close to the station, They even have on onsen after tiring shopping day! I Would highly recommend booking this if you're looking for something close to the station!
