Quiero exponer mi indignación sobre la gestión de este hotel siendo afectados x una sanción de cancelación de 978 .oo euros x fallecer la madre de mi marido tres días antes y lo notificamos. Aún x encima nos cobran la friolera de casi mil euros deja mucho q desear la persona q dirige este hotel

95 euros por dormir en cama de muelles de hace 50 años,el aire acondicionado.no funcionaba(pasamos mucho frio), el baño aparte de súper antiguo con una mugriento cortina u ni un mísero secador ,la llavero pesaba medio kilo y había que llevársela,por cierto la habitación con gotelé y baldosas horribles y no quiero estender más pero es a partir de 7 de la La tarde no había ya nadie en "la recepción " si es que puede llamarse así un rincón con un mostrador de 1/2 metro en fin.. USTEDES SABRÁN SI QUIEREN IR A "DESCANSAR " a ese ANTRO.

Habitación fría, RV diminuta .... Mucho mucho ruido de fuera y de dentro. Un horror para no dormir. Me tuvieron llamando por tlf un buen rato en una tarde heladora...de paso en un café de la plaza por un pequeño bizcocho y un cortado Me cobran 9.60... Me voy a las 7 de la mañana y me llaman con un tono muy feo diciendo que el celonout es a.las 11.....todo esto trabajando.

Muy buen localizado, se sitúa justo junto al Alcázar. El parking está a 5 minutos, tienen un descuento. Instalaciones antiguas pero limpias. Silencioso. Ideal para lo que es, ir a descansar. La recepcionista muy atenta en todo momento. Volveríamos.

Je suis arrivé à 8h00 du matin pour prendre ma chambre personne n’était à la réception. Alors qu’il est indiqué que l’hôtel est ouvert 24h/24 ! Hôtel à déconseiller. Cela dit en plus du fait qu’il n’y a pas de remboursement sur les chambres…
