"Respect for quiet hours unknown. The music from the pool bar gets on your nerves at noon if you want to sleep or at least calm down in the room. And as if the music from the pool bar wasn't enough, in the afternoon the luna park opposite starts. Until 12 at night we had noise pollution in our ears. Wrong choice if you are looking for some peace."

"The location of Oasis Apartments is fantastic: the house is located in a peaceful and very quiet area and everything is close to you. Shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. Our highlights are the bathroom, balcony and parking. The beautiful bathroom is renovated, comfortable and deserves 5 stars. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the sea. The apartments have private parking, so the vacation is much more relaxed when you have a place to park your car. Our host, Michalina, is wonderful: so welcoming, friendly, helpful, attentive and will do everything to make your vacation perfect. Thank you Michalina for the excellent stay, we will definitely choose Oasis Apartments again."

"My room at Heliotopos Apartments was clean and comfortable, albeit on the small side. Fantastic views of the water and mountains from its hillside location. The staff that I interacted with were cheerful, helpful, and very responsive to all questions and requests. I would recommend Heliotopos for solo and couples who want to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. A quick, five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and other services. The room features a small kitchenette with a sink, hot plate, and coffee maker. Small but clean bathroom. Small but lovely balcony with amazing views! Large bed; not luxury, but serviceable. I would definitely stay at Heliotopos again, and I found it to be a terrific value! "

"The room was ok but the bathroom needs updating. The staff is very friendly and helpful but it is unacceptable that the music in the pool bar is playing loudly after 23:00 at night. Sometimes it reached 01:00 and it was still playing loudly. Another time it was playing at 03:00 in the morning, albeit at a low volume, but it should have been turned off. It is not acceptable to have such quiet hours when people want to sleep playing loud music without there even being people in the bar. It should be turned down after 23:00"

"Zodra je de eerste lift uitkomt , tref je een omgeving aan die direct het vakantiegevoel oproept! Een uitnodigend terras met een schitterend uitzicht. Aangekomen bij de receptie ontmoet je al de eerste oprecht vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame personeelsleden, waarvan een groot deel bestaat uit familieleden van de eigenaren. We hadden een kamer op de vijfde verdieping! Heel schoon en ruime faciliteiten en regelmatig werd beddengoed gewisseld. Bij het voortreffelijke ontbijt werd je vroeg in de ochtend al allervriendelijkst bejegend. Het bedienend personeel verdient een vette pluim! Het hotel ligt niet direct aan het strand maar bij het aan het strand gelegen hotel Dolphin (ook van dezelfde eigenaren) staan alle strandstoelen ter beschikking. Handdoeken voor op het strand zijn standaard bij de kamer. Voor de gasten met alleen ontbijt is ook een lunchkaart aanwezig en 's avonds kan men voor een zeer schappelijke prijs aansluiten bij het buffet! Voor wat betreft Tolo is op te merken dat er leuke restaurants direct aan de zee gelegen zijn. Het plaatsje zelf stelt op zich weinig voor. Mocht je een langere periode willen verblijven, is een auto wenselijk! Er is bijzonder veel moois in de omgeving te ontdekken! EEN ABSOLUTE AANRADER, As soon as you exit the first elevator, you arrive in an environment that immediately evokes the holiday feeling! An inviting terrace with a magnificent view. Upon arriving at the reception, you already meet the first genuinely friendly and very helpful staff members, a large part of whom are family members of the owners. We had a room on the fifth floor! Very clean and spacious facilities, and bed linen was changed regularly. At the excellent breakfast, you were treated in the most friendly manner early in the morning. The serving staff deserve a big compliment! The hotel is not directly on the beach, but at the beachside Hotel Dolphin (also owned by the same owners), all the beach chairs are available. Towels for the beach are standard in the room. For guests with breakfast only, a lunch menu is also available, and in the evening one can join the buffet at a very reasonable price! Regarding Tolo, it should be noted that there are nice restaurants located right by the sea. The town itself is not very remarkable. If you want to stay for a longer period, a car is desirable! There is a lot of beautiful things to discover in the area."

"This particular hotel via internet was seem very impressive. But the reality was far from that. From food perspective the breakfast was OK in contrast to the other meals which were terrible, just awful. The rooms were clean but they had a weird smell sometimes also the staff was rude and not helpful at all the tax was very high and we did not receive any receipt. Lastly from the rooms you could hear everything and there was no soundproofing. If you want to have a dissent accommodation I would not recommend this hotel at all"

"So pleased we booked nellys. Had 2 room appt that had what you need in it for a confidante stay and a beautiful Seaview to the island from the balcony. The loungers and parasols are out as they have opened early. The were a few jellyfish in the sea, we were sting swimming out to the island, but it went down quick enough. Everyone so friendly and welcoming. Coffee bar on site and so many tavernas and restaurants to choose from. We ordered breakfast here, but they are some facilities in your room to make tea, wash up. Just not to cook. It's a lovely place to just relax and unwind."
