Clean but odd I had to ask to be moved. My initial room was the size of a college dorm closet and they tried to pass-off a full size bed as a queen. The next room was much better but furniture placement seemed amateurish. I normally stay at hamton inns and have rarely encountered such oddities

Spacious & Nice!! Was pleased with everything from the check in to the room, the pool & hot tub were nice. Didn’t go down for breakfast, slept in. Was a wonderful stay!

Check-in was quick and easy; room and bathroom were both large. Breakfast was good. Pool and jacuzzi were good. Price was reasonable.

Took a long time to get help at check in there was a cleaning person in the area. She did not get anybody to help. No bell to ring.

The hotel was overbooked on cranfest weekend. Multiple guests thought they booked double queen rooms to end up with 1 king bed. The handicap accessible room I also booked had broken grab bars in the shower. Very disappointed in such a good hotel.

BUFFET WAS VERY GOOD I LOVED THE EXTRA DECOARATIONS IN THE LOBBY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS ON A 90 DEGREE DAY WE WALKED IN THE ROOM AND THE AC WAS NOT ON I BELIEVE THE THEMOSTAT WAS AT 79 DEGREES
