La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomball

The room was clean however there are some plumbing items that need to be addressed. The tub spout to shower is rusted or clogged and was hard to pull up. The toilet handle needed to be held down to flush. The mattress was sagging on the left side and the pillows were too hard or lumpy. Breakfast was average, but I can’t it eat anyway because of dietary restrictions. Would have been nice to have a banana though and their coffee was watered down. It was a decent stay but I won’t stay there again.

This property is not business friendly. The wi-fi band is too weak to run the TV's better yet your lap top. The walls and floors are so thin the tenant under our room was complaining about my 2 year old daughter walking across the floor. This whole place sucks for the money they charge per room.

The room was clean and the bed was nice. The negatives were: the fire alarm in our room 203 went off at 6 am each morning of our stay. Being awakened by this very loud alarm was very upsetting. It only lasted about 10 seconds but that was enough. Evidently there was no fire so we don’t know why this was happening.

The room was clean just smelled a little like cigarettes even though its a non smoking area.Staff was nice.

Room needed to be properly vaccumed. Rude front desk lady. When she was asked what time Saturday breakfast is, as there is no sign in the breakfast area, she just pointed at the reception counter top, and did not answer/speak. The sign is hidden under the reception counter glass top. Very rude. There were bugs in my bathroom.

Was hoping hot tub was inside. Parking was easy & convenient. Breakfast was below par. Stayed 3 days and our room was never cleaned. Had to go to front desk for towels.

Wonderful room and amazing service. Will stay here as often as possible!

The hotel has no outside lighting. It felt unsafe parking and walking into the hotel. The elevators and floor we stayed on reeked of **** (to each their own, but the smell is strong and awful). The noise level on the above floor was out of control and made getting a good nights sleep impossible, and woke us up earlier than we had hoped. The maid was mopping the entire downstairs at checkout and made the floors super slippery, terrible timing. I would never stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

No functioning AC in reserved room. No other room was available - 100% booked. Receptionist was friendly but no maintenance/mechanic was on duty or on call, so cancelling our reservation and offering a refund was her only solution. The new hotel was more expensive but was our only choice.
