Service was not used as expected. I tried calling the customer service, but no one speaks English. They just let us slept outside of the building. I tried calling twice and I did not even try to help us out.
We came with a long journey, we are tired and more tired because we did not sleep.
I demand a refund amounting to what our booking rate is. These women are teachers from Iligan City, Philippines try to discover and visit okinawa japan for the first time and experienced a terrible terrible situation.

四日間滞在しました。他の口コミにあったように臭いが気になりました。排水溝？の臭いとソファベッドの汗の臭い。。かなりキツイです。ソファベッドは処分された方がいいと思います。
衣類乾燥機と洗濯洗剤があり助かりました。
美味しいパン屋さんが近くにあり、ほぼ毎日朝ごはんの調達をしていました。
近くの沖縄そば屋さんも◎でした！
トイレにウォシュレットがないのは残念。
