Charming, new and super clean, very good breakfast, Japanese Hotel with attention to detail, excellent service and a garage for our bikes. Loved that they honour their culture by implementing Japanese standards in ways like no shoes in hotel. Lockers are provided at check in. Onsite Onsen was a bonus. Highly recommended.

The large communal bath was great. It's also suitable for long-term stays, has a kitchen, and is nice to be able to relax on the tatami mats.
Aeon and a roadside station are nearby, so it seems like you can cook your own meals.
I also liked the thoughtful touches, such as having to take off your shoes before entering the building.
