I liked the location, but thats it. Super unhelpful staff. They said they didn’t have room service, which is fair, but no one to clean your room, or even take the trash out? Horrible! Room had a smoky smell but the staff didn’t even bother to check.

I've stayed here before., it's a fairly decent place, but it's not a five star hotel obviously. They keep it clean and bed is comfortable and plenty of hot water in the shower. It works for me, God bless them.

Good service for the price I was there for 2 nights. Room was clean and specious enough for us. However, bathroom’s door knob wasn’t working. Bathtub was small for me. Wifi speed was good first night but then I didn’t get much speed. Check in and check out was super smooth.

Nice but a bit cold. I had a sheet but not a real blanket, so I was a bit cold as it was just the Beginning of May in Buffalo.
