設施非常差，這樣的天氣提出開暖氣的需求，是因為本身就感冒了，況且住酒店，本來就應該滿足並且為客人提供合理的服務。開不了暖氣就算了，還一直敷衍搪塞，最後到半夜12點半了還在磨磨蹭蹭找理由。最後協商不成還對攜程客服兩套説辭。這樣的酒店，我真心不建議大家入住。
