酒店房間面積比較合適，衞生還不錯，酒店內部的環境比較安靜，設施該有的都有，服務人員素質不錯，熱情周到。

首先，定了兩個房間，問前台有沒有不臨街的房間，她含糊其辭説“很安靜”，結果一個房間是臨街的很吵，晚上不停的有汽車過路的聲音，走廊還有一股臭雞蛋悶味，房間裏木櫃子有股劣質木材味。
其次，隔壁房間是一個三四十歲的男人，晚上開始找了幾個男的在房間喝酒划拳，牆薄隔音很差彷彿在我邊玩到十二點多，這就是説的安排在安靜的房間？（給我安排前他們已經入住），我給客服打電話（有錄音），她的處理方式就是打電話給他們，不派專人找隔壁，然後給我説:“過年幾個小夥子（40多歲的小夥？）喝酒熱鬧一下很正常啊吧”（有錄音）。我覺得真的很搞笑欸～入住的時候查身份證、人臉識別，為了防止一房多住，結果售後給我説聚眾吵鬧在過年很正常？要知道標間23點後就應該請訪客離開了，客服一點專業水平和同理心都沒有，建議換一份工作呢～
最後，找了攜程客服，才給我催促酒店客服快點處理。酒店客服磨磨蹭蹭不處理，我要求他們派一個人跟我一起找隔壁，被拒絕了，最後還是我一個20歲的女孩子自己在24點多敲隔壁們把他們請走的。銅川的服務水平和客户安全體驗真的太好啦～外地旅客來了不得被氣死，我會給12315繼續舉報的。

買的116元的經濟大床房，房間寬敞、温暖、明亮，設施齊全（洗髮露、沐浴露、護髮素、潤膚露都有），還有供遊客閲讀的旅遊冊子，非常好的入住體驗！
