滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，房間很大 ，床很舒適，房間智能控制，還幫免費延長退房時間，入住時還送四瓶酸奶，採光好，明亮，設施齊全，房間熱水來得也快，東西都比較齊全。服務衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，酒店對面有很大的公共停車場棒棒！酒店也有自己的停車場！

最差的一次入住體驗！！！！半夜一點多隔壁放電視聲音老大 差不多那層樓一半的房間都被吵醒 打電話給前台依然沒用處理不積極 再次打電話要求換房間 還是吵 晚上吵完了以為白天能好好休息下 結果早上九點多打電話説什麼設備檢測 十點多設備檢測又是一陣噪音！到底要我們怎麼休息？請問？我應該要求全額退款！！！！有錄音為證 千萬別選這家酒店

酒店位置在東昌區政府和公安分局對面，辦事很便利，門口有少量停車位，也可以停在對面，全是免費的。周邊吃飯很方便，入住還送了酸奶，每晚提供宵夜，早餐性價比也不錯。內部裝修設施齊全，乾淨整潔，前台服務也熱情周到，出差通化都會選擇這裏。

真的還不錯，送了一頓早餐 有熱水 送小吃 白天晚上前台人雖然一直在變但都很熱情（酸奶最後我沒吃，臨走又還回去了，最近肚子不舒服）即便離店行李也會幫忙暫寄存，為他人提供方便，本店我願稱為通化最好酒店之一
