A little bit far away from the city but the room was excellent, clean air environment, good breakfast and excellent service mind including reasonable price

We decided to stay another night and it was a really good decision! Talked to Helen He, at the front desk, her English is very good, she upgraded our room for free and was very kind. The room is clean and big with an amazing view with beautiful green pine trees. The breakfast was included and it was really good, delicious coffee and pastry, with a variety of Chinese and Western food choose.

Perfect location for weekend away, also in the summer to enjoy the nature. Hotel is new, very tasteful interior and good cuisine. Pleasant surprise for foreigners, there were staff members available speaking good enough English in relevant areas.

This new hotel in the Ski Resort area of Tonghua was really a positive surprise. Quite new and well equipped. We enjoyed the bar and great breakfast. In the evening we had very nice food in the outdoor special set up restaurant. Special thanks to Eason who supported us very well with his excellent English! I'll be back in Winter for Ski season.

The hotel is located in the resort area. It was my first time staying there. The hotel was decorated in a grand style, the rooms were relatively large, and there was a hot spring building next to it. There was a ski slope behind it, which should be great in winter. I was very satisfied with the stay.

The breakfast buffet is quite rich, depending on personal taste. Around Tonghua, you can go for a stroll in Ji'an and Meihekou. The hotel's front desk service is the beautiful girl Xiao Guo. She is beautiful and smart, and she works neatly. I give her a thumbs up. Next time I come to Tonghua, I will stay here again.

We booked a mini king-size bed room, and when we checked in, we upgraded to a king-size bed room for free! The housekeeping was very active in cleaning the room, and the service attitude was also very good! It was just that when I went to the hot spring, there was a small mistake. I didn't go to the hot spring from the ladies' room, but went directly to the hot spring, so I avoided the link of getting a bath towel. When I went to get it later, the staff asked and told me (each person can only get one bath towel)! When I had breakfast in the morning, the dishes were OK, there are pictures below!
