春節期間贈送了糖和水果，很貼心，辦理入住速度很快，外面很冷，房間很熱，開窗都28℃，後來臨時更換了房間，25℃可以睡覺了

我極少點評，但這次不得不吐槽。
先説前台服務，前台迎賓服務是一個酒店的門面擔當，但這裏的前台永遠板着一張臉，給賓客的第一印象就是冰冰涼，透心涼。
其次是客房設施，如此迷你的洗手盆，見所未見，洗個臉水流一地！還有那個淋浴房，真的是徒牆四壁啊，沒有置物架，所以洗浴產品放在外面隔了幾米遠的洗手枱上，而且衹有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，而那花灑一開，真的是水花四濺啊，一直濺到淋浴房外的台盆上，真是離了大譜！一個沒有蓮蓬頭的淋浴房如何做清掃工作，可以想象，那就是沒有清掃工作，所以那麪滿是水漬的斑駁的淋浴房玻璃也就很能理解了。但花灑如此“給力”，下水道卻又如此掉鏈子，即便如此亂濺的水花，下水卻很慢很慢，很快就淹沒了你的腳背！
再説那個滿是陳年污垢的智能馬桶，遙控器衹是裝飾品，是沒有電的，衹能手動按壓馬桶圈邊上的小按鈕。
客房服務大概衹是來收個垃圾吧！因為洗手枱下還有煙灰！床上的枕頭和被套都是有污漬的！
最後更誇張的是半夜23:50分，被門外的火警鈴驚醒。馬上電話問前台説是被人誤按了，真的是午夜兇鈴啊！
訂房是不含早餐的 還得另行購買，28元/人的標準，寒磣的呀！
客房內衹有免費提供2瓶飲用水，如有需求還得另行購買，某農水3元/瓶，看到如此糟糕的服務，不再想多花冤枉錢，寧願跑到樓下車裡自己取水！
酒店能運營至如此垃圾，也是極品了！

冬天住的 供暖特別特別熱 服務態度好 因為太熱了半夜換房也可以 唯一美中不足就是 無窗房太熱但空調不好使 熱的開門也不管用 後來二半夜換的標間開窗睡

有些無語哈 平均每天256塊 這價格在這裏不低了 但是 體驗感很不好 酒店淋浴間發黴的天花板 洗澡時也會跟着漏水 我住了三天 水龍頭也沒人擦 洗手盆有破損 很鋒利 一不小心就會劃傷 沒有淋浴頭 想洗頭必須得洗澡 這些都可以理解 畢竟偏遠城市 客流量小 但是 你們前台是幹啥吃的 怎麼客人和前台説話 頭都不抬一下 我來住店給你錢 不是白住吧？真有意思 酒店管理人員有沒有培訓過啊 就這水平就能當前台嗎 是自卑嗎 不敢抬頭看人 ？這個情況不止一次

1、浴室有點奇葩，花灑衹直接安裝在頂上，無手持花灑，一打開涼水直噴身上，衹有一種模式，水花四濺；2、空調風速Hl檔風小，LOW檔風大；3、上午入住，走廊黑燈瞎火的。
