The hotel has been open for several years and it is still in this condition. You can see the hotel's care. The public areas and corridors are spacious and the breakfast has a rich variety. It is basically up to the standard of a four-star hotel. It was a very satisfactory stay.

The soundproofing is average. The breakfast is quite bad, much worse than Zixuan next door. The room is ventilated, but the smell is still strong.

The facilities are complete, and the rest is average. The switch is very strange, and it is the first time I have encountered a switch designed in the middle of the bed. The breakfast is very average. The key is the service, which fully reflects that the store does not take customers at heart. A specific description: I arrived at the store in the evening, the hotel parking space was full, the railing was not open, and I refused to enter, and no one came to guide or explain. I had to park in the parking lot next to it, and walked a long way to the front desk to check in. I reported the parking problem. The manager meant that there was a wedding banquet, and there was no way to park, so we had to park on the roadside. When it came to the parking lot next to it, the first reaction was that the hotel was not responsible for the parking fee, and did not consider that we had a lot of luggage and the parking distance was far and inconvenient to carry. After checking in, I negotiated with the manager again. We were not familiar with the surrounding area, so we either asked someone to take us to see where we could park, or whether the hotel could be responsible for the parking fee. After all, the hotel promised free parking. The manager refused. She meant that the hotel parking space was full and she would not care, and only promised to notify me when there was a vacancy. Forgive me for being so naive, I really believed it. I waited until more than 9 o'clock and there was no call, so I had to go and see it myself. There were a few vacant spaces and I parked in them myself. It was really lacking in integrity. Later, the hotel gave welcome fruits and yogurt as compensation. Is it meaningful to give something that is already there? No matter whether others need it or not, it is good enough to do it. It is not for a few dollars of parking fee, no one cares about this. But the hotel's handling gives people a bad feeling. You don't stay in a hotel to get angry. The service is not good, not to evaluate the service staff, they are all very enthusiastic. But there are really problems with hotel management. I have stayed in so many hotels, and basically I have never encountered the problem of no parking space. The only time was in Ningbo, and there was no parking space for an event. The hotel arranged a special person at the door to explain, guide the car to the lobby door to put down the luggage, and then guide it to the parking lot next to it, saying that it can be parked until noon the next day without paying parking fees. This at least warms my heart.

The room is clean and tidy, large and spacious. The front desk is warm and friendly, and the overall environment is very good. The bed is quite comfortable. I stayed for two nights and felt that the hardness was just right. I would like to make a suggestion. The shampoo and shower gel lower the overall grade. It would be perfect if they could be equipped with better ones!
