Very clean and comfortable! The staff is also super nice: we asked them to keep our luggage for a few hours after the checkout, and they agreed with no problems. If you get a room on a high floor, the view is amazing!

昨天入住了山水雲天酒店，非常滿意的一次入住，酒店位於市中心交通便利，餐飲配套設施完善夜宵有很多選擇，酒店整體看上去就比較高大上，大門旁邊就是免費停車場進出非常方便，前台也非常專業熱情，還給我免費升級了房型，退房的時候前台小姐姐還給打了一杯現磨咖啡，沒想多一百多塊錢能住到性價比這麼高的酒店

房間很大，視野開闊，衞生間乾濕分離，洗手枱也寬敞，打掃的阿姨説話也很温柔，但是照片忘記拍了，衹拍了窗外的景色，樓下非常好看，傍晚的時候可以直接看見夕陽🌇，非常喜歡😍

剛入住酒店房間，簡單檢查了一下房間，被子上有點小黑點，一點點油漬，和前台反應，也是迅速解決。晚上回來之後床頭櫃上一層灰，包括開關上和遙控器都是，衣櫃裏一層灰，和前台反應之後是阿姨來的，讓阿姨進來看一下，第一時間不是想着處理問題，而是狡辯，後來拿了毛巾簡單處理了一下，處理的過程中也一直在狡辯這些問題，避重就輕 ，阿姨如果打掃了，衣櫃裏面會是這種灰，像是長期沒有人住過的，呼吸道不好的人千萬不能住這家酒店，住了一晚兩個人嗓子都開始不舒服了。我昨天反應了兩次這個問題，退房並沒有一句不好意思的道歉，白天的處理還是比較滿意的。小姐姐和阿姨也是迅速解決了問題。兩點下來退房正好前台在忙，我看旁邊的人手上沒事就準備把卡給她，她表示她那邊不辦退房，這邊又不用查房不用幹什麼的，把卡給你就可以，如果辦理不了就不要站在前台看着很閑的樣子。和伯爵差不多的價格，那衞生對比差的不不是一點半點，房間整體也是偏暗的風格，洗衣房是和酒店的杯具消毒區在一起的。非常不推薦

來到酒店首先受到了吳店長的熱情接待，帶我們參觀挑選了房型。地理位置好，出行都很方便。但周圍環境比較鬧。房間寬大，很舒適。但設施還不到位。看不了電視。

房間面積很大，住起來舒服，乾濕分離的，落地窗，我住的樓層比較高能看到銅陵著名景點天井湖，風景優美，從酒店出發走路到天井湖大約5分鐘就到了，值得一逛，春暖花開景色很美。酒店停車也很方便，周邊餐飲很多，性價比超高，服務熱情，下次來會入住

這次入住體驗真的太棒了！從入住到離店，每一個細節都讓我感到非常滿意。酒店的環境非常優雅，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓我一夜好眠。工作人員的服務態度也特別好，熱情周到，隨時都能感受到他們的用心。特別要提的是酒店的早餐，種類豐富，味道也非常棒，完全超出了我的預期！地理位置也很方便，周邊有很多景點和餐廳，出行非常便捷。總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！下次來一定還會選擇你們酒店！

環境相當不錯，因為帶小孩，進房間後特意檢查了一下酒店的衞生情況，還是很滿意的。特別提出表揚的是前台員工，看到我帶小孩，幫忙幫我拿行李，還特意給我們送來了小童棉拖鞋和洗澡防滑的塑料拖鞋，還有小童牙刷，這個服務要給他們點贊。下來一定還選擇這家酒店
