JI Hotel (Hangzhou Tongluzhan)

The front desk was very welcoming. I traveled with friends and they took the initiative to put two rooms on the same floor. They responded quickly to various requests. But maybe because it is a newly opened hotel, or because it is too busy recently, the cleaning is very average. There are many small surprises. There are hairs in the minibar and a face towel left by the previous guest behind the bathroom door🥹🥹🥹🥹

I called the day before check-in and found out that it was the second day of opening. It was a bit far from the camping site, but it didn't matter. After all, a newly opened one must be clean. The front desk and cleaning staff were very polite. The only shortcoming was that the restaurant was too small. I had to wait for others to finish eating while holding the dishes. 🤣 Overall satisfied

The hotel's service is impeccable, from the warm reception at the front desk when checking in to the polite greetings from the cleaning staff, it makes people feel warm. Especially the restaurant staff, they will ask about your dietary taboos and preferences. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tastes great.

Very new and comfortable

很新的一個酒店。距離桐廬站非常的近。站在酒店的大落地窗户邊上就可以看到桐廬站幾個字。工作人員服務熱情有求必應。前台小童特別點評一下，作為管家加了我的微信，非常的貼心，給我發來了附近好吃的店家，服務響應非常積極迅速。自助早餐雖然菜品不是特別多，但是食材都很新鮮，足夠滿足長者孩子一家人的口味。距離大奇山森林公園不遠，到垂雲通天河景區大概半個小時的距離，開車自駕很方便！如果下次來桐廬還會選擇這裏！

房間真的很乾凈舒服，要給一個大大的好評！酒店裝修簡約乾淨，房間乾淨整潔，酒店的員工也都很熱情周到，服務態度極佳。離高鐵站也很近，下次還會選擇這裏。
