Tongren Hotels with Breakfast

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the cleaning ladies are very qualified and will take the initiative to smile and say hello, the room environment is very good and very hygienic, the restaurant is also great, the dishes are delicious, I went back to my hometown and stayed for a rest, which left me with a very good stay experience, great 👍🏻

It is really surprising that there is such a luxurious hotel in Tongren. The environment is very good, with a garden, a pool fountain, and a large stage for performing arts. It is very convenient to walk and relax in the garden; the transportation is convenient, next to the Tongren high-speed railway station, not far from Phoenix Airport, about 20 kilometers, and close to the exit of the North Expressway Station; the hotel facilities are complete, and the most surprising thing is that it has a constant temperature swimming pool and a gym, which are free for guests; the hotel management is in place, the staff are well-trained, polite, greet people, and serve with a smile. The meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel at home! The sanitation in each area is very clean, and the trash can is very hidden, which is really professional and standardized; the guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the river view room is refreshing. The hot water and air conditioning are great, especially the water pressure is very comfortable, the intelligence is very high, the electric curtains are very convenient, the decoration materials are of high quality, the sanitary ware and bathroom are all famous brands, and the furniture and sofas are also very stylish; there are many varieties of breakfast, fresh ingredients, and delicious taste; in short, the hardware facilities and staff services are very good, and the stay is very satisfactory!

We are glad we chose this hotel. It is beautiful with a garden you can walk in upfront. The room was bigger than we had imagined with fancy gadgets and house keeping. Check in was a breeze. The front desk was friendly, helpful and resourceful. They helped us to find a driver to drive us. They also suggested places of interest that we could visit. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. The hotel is a little up a steep-ish cliff but its only like a 10 minutes endeavor. Taxis and didi's can come right up to the hotel. There's a bus stop literally by the hotel gate on the main road that can take you into town. The breakfast was the only down thing for us. Ir was very very chinese targeted. At least there was coffee! We would def stay again and bring our own drip coffee!

good experience 1. The hotel is in the city center, very close to the ancient city of Tongren, more than 8,000 steps back and forth. There are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient for eating and traveling. 2. The hotel has breakfast, which is a good thing for people traveling. There are not many varieties, but it is not bad. It can be full and nutritious. 3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body. 4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.

At 19:00 when you check in, you can enter the room as if you are sitting on the side of the road and ask for a room change. The original twin room was booked. I was told that there was 1 room on each floor of the hotel that was not facing the road and was a big bed room. I had no choice but to stay on the floor separately. When I went out at dawn, I found a takeaway on the door handle. 😰

I said I was a little tired, and the lady immediately said that she would send a footbath to our room for us to soak our feet. It was indeed much more comfortable after soaking our feet. The bed in their hotel was very comfortable, the style of the room was what I liked, the room was clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was also very rich. I was very satisfied with staying in this hotel in Tongren this time. The service was very attentive 👍👍👍 It is worth recommending. I will recommend their hotel to friends who come to Tongren in the future.

The hotel is located on the riverside with very beautiful scenery. On the other side is the Lanbowan Shopping Plaza, with many food and dining options. In addition, walking south along the riverside, you can reach the Zhongnanmen Historical and Cultural Tourism Area in more than ten minutes' walk. Therefore, staying at Tongren Jinjiang Hot Spring Hotel is very convenient for visiting Tongren’s urban attractions. There is a private soaking pool in the room, which is very helpful to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Especially after climbing Fanjing Mountain, soaking in a pool of hot spring water is definitely the best way to relax.

The room is quiet and suitable for sleeping. The facilities are okay. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the quality is good. As a front desk clerk in a tourist hotel, the service level needs to be improved.
