不愧是全季酒店 我太喜歡了 跨年夜入住前台小姐姐還給我們升級了房型 所有的工作人員服務態度超級好 説話温温柔柔的滿臉笑容 環境非常不錯 整個酒店都是香香的 晚上睡覺很安靜 還有洗衣房設施齊全 冬天入住洗衣服可以直接烘乾 退房的時候還送了小香囊和温熱的水 在新年的第一天真的是温暖人心 超級滿意的入住體驗！！

住過這麼多年，這麼多次，差到無法言語的一次.還是第一次這麼差連店長麪都沒看到，做錯了事就説是新來的服務員，我管你新不新來，那是你們全季的問題，不要找藉口.1、入住，房間蚊蟲無數，還是隱翅蟲（自己去查這是什麼樣蟲）害我孩子還被咬了一個包，目前擦葯.2、找前台要個東西半個小時沒反應，再聯繫既然不知道.3、前台給我寫房間號1609，我上去打不開門，下來告知我不好意思説錯了是1619，那卡上你也寫錯了，不是説錯的問題，本來就晚上11點，害我跑上跑下，加房間有蟲換房搞了半個小時.4、既然這裏這麼多蟲全季為什麼不裝紗窗？5、出現諸多等等問題，從我入店到離店店長從未露面，第一次見到這麼有面的全季店長，出現問題時前台還説等下店長給你打電話回覆，回覆什麼人，人都走了也沒見到這麼大的領導.我覺得想住這家全季的人可以考慮換一家酒店.不信可以試試.我是一個這麼多年幾乎住過全國很多家全季的人，第一次遇到這樣的全季.還不如旅社.這樣説都覺得侮辱了旅社.貴州之行我全都是住的全季，第一次住銅仁全季旅社.感觸頗深.

特別差，一般不會評價完全不符合全季這種連鎖定位（期待值已經降的很低）自駕雲南中途落腳地選擇銅仁，沒想到這麼臟，沒有休息好！早餐不衞生，吃完拉肚子，影響後續出行！
衞生：被套是臟的，不明液體（不是鼻涕）還有不明毛髮！！早餐自助孩子和爸爸吃完就拉肚子！
環境：就正常全季，地下停車場像爛尾樓停車場！
服務：沒有感受到服務！！

房間很新，乾淨舒適，床品也很好。帶娃出行城市遊一般都是住亞朵和全季，比較穩定靠譜。前台的小姐姐們也非常熱情友善。入住體驗很好。大堂的香氛味道很好聞，一進門就會讓人感覺很舒適。洗衣房也很方便。

除了離老城區比較遠，其他都還好。就是家庭房靠馬路這邊。有點吵。整體衞生，環境都還可以。就是剛剛進房間有點裝修的味道。打開窗户，透透還行。
