A perfect stay. I am very satisfied. The front desk service is very attentive. The surrounding environment is also good. It is very close to entertainment and dining places. Basically, you can get there very quickly by taking a taxi.

Everything is good. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the buffet this time. I hope I can eat it next time.

We stayed for one night and found that the train sound was too loud. On the second night, we went to the front desk to report to change to a quieter room. As a result, the front desk gave us a room closest to the train, because it was almost 12 o'clock when we went out to play and sleep, and the train whistled all night. The sound was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I went to the front desk to give feedback, and the front desk evaded responsibility. The three rooms we had could only give a bad review.

The service staff are kind, thoughtful and attentive. Special thanks to the concierge Xiao He. The child immediately came out to greet me when he saw the car parked at the door. My scattered luggage was properly put away, especially the bedding I brought with me. I did not put the luggage carelessly. Instead, the car was placed on a clean floor. At such a young age, it is great to pay such attention to details. Xiao He believes that God rewards hard work. The health tea in the lobby recommended by Xiao He is delicious! Thank you also to the kids from the customer service department for sending us water and anti-noise earplugs. What I don’t recommend is that the sound of the train outside the hotel is really scary😟I couldn’t sleep all night!
