Tongren Hotels with Swimming Pools

Honest review about my two-day stay. I'm hoping to see some improvements. Customer Service: Poor. Unresponsive to requests, lacking in providing assistance. Not courteous, which is expected of a hotel staff. Staff: Unaccommodating, often responding with “No” rather than seeking solutions or alternatives. Hotel Room: Good. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

It is very convenient to walk and relax in the garden; the transportation is convenient, next to the Tongren high-speed railway station, not far from Phoenix Airport, about 20 kilometers, and close to the exit of the North Expressway Station; the hotel facilities are complete, and the most surprising thing is that it has a constant temperature swimming pool and a gym, which are free for guests; the hotel management is in place, the staff are well-trained, polite, greet people, and serve with a smile. The meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel at home! The sanitation in each area is very clean, and the trash can is very hidden, which is really professional and standardized; the guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the river view room is refreshing. The hot water and air conditioning are great, especially the water pressure is very comfortable, the intelligence is very high, the electric curtains are very convenient, the decoration materials are of high quality, the sanitary ware and bathroom are all famous brands, and the furniture and sofas are also very stylish; there are many varieties of breakfast, fresh ingredients, and delicious taste; in short, the hardware facilities and staff services are very good, and the stay is very satisfactory!

There are not many varieties, but it is not bad. It can be full and nutritious. 3. The hotel has a bathtub. After climbing Fanjing Mountain, returning to the hotel to take a bubble bath is very refreshing and relieves the tired body. 4. There are also shortcomings: the service is poor, the non-smoking room booked by Ctrip, but the room given to us is very smelly of smoke, and no one answered the question after running several times at the front desk. There is no way to find an explanation at the front desk. The river view room is a non-smoking room. I went to the restaurant for breakfast on the first day. There was no boiling water in the restaurant. I asked the waiter several times, but no one cared. Hope to improve in the future.

The hotel is located on the riverside with very beautiful scenery. On the other side is the Lanbowan Shopping Plaza, with many food and dining options. In addition, walking south along the riverside, you can reach the Zhongnanmen Historical and Cultural Tourism Area in more than ten minutes' walk. Therefore, staying at Tongren Jinjiang Hot Spring Hotel is very convenient for visiting Tongren’s urban attractions. There is a private soaking pool in the room, which is very helpful to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Especially after climbing Fanjing Mountain, soaking in a pool of hot spring water is definitely the best way to relax.

The room is satisfactory. The hardware conditions are converted from an old house. It has everything that should be there. There was no TV in the room at first, but the children wanted to watch it. After the staff debugged it to no avail, the front desk immediately contacted to replace it. I am satisfied. My friend stayed in another room and left something behind. When the hotel found it during cleaning, he contacted us by phone and helped to send it back by express delivery. Thank you. Until he contacted us by phone, my friend had not yet realized that he had forgotten to take something away. Haha, great! I also sent a few photos of the hotel's surrounding environment. It would be better if the weather was good.

We ate at the homestay. The price was OK. It was not expensive. How about it? Overall, it is really the most cost-effective homestay. I have to take top1 in the homestay I have stayed in. The attitude and service of the boss are really good and warm! Highly recommended, when we went, it was off-season, there were few people and quiet, the air conditioning in the room was very powerful, and it was warm all at once. I lived in some places before, and it was not very effective for one night. The comparison was obvious. The service arrived in the early morning, really late, and then the boss was very good. Very gentle brother, specially turned on the air conditioner for us, the service is particularly intimate!

And there is a washing machine dryer, there is also a pick-up service, so there is everything to meet our needs, very good, we see the new opening, so come to experience the experience, the environment is very good, and here is a quiet place, not noisy, the room is very good and wide, The layout is also very warm and comfortable, I like it very much, especially clean and tidy, completely rest assured, the toilet is also smart, very good, and then the room has a small refrigerator for cooling, this is very good, this has to be praised, very nice, and there is a coffee machine, absolutely, Check-in is also very fast, the hotel service is very in place, and will take us to the room. Very good, the beauty front desk service is very warm and thoughtful, very intimate. And it is not very intimate to check in at the front desk, and have breakfast at the front desk. You will also say hello to you when you meet. The quality of service of the hotel reception staff is very good.

It should be a newly opened B&B, so the rating is not high or high. However, when I arrived, I discovered later that what came out of the blind box was a surprise. There is a lotus pond at the door. Outside the lotus pond, the creek in the village meanders through, which is very refreshing. It is recommended that you prefer a balcony room. After all, you can sit outside the balcony at night, enjoy the breeze, drink wine, and look up at the stars. The boss is also very enthusiastic, especially the homemade noodles for breakfast, which are very local and delicious. However, the conditions of B&Bs are definitely not as good as those of hotels, and the sanitary environment is average. It is recommended to bring your own toiletries.
