The room was not clean, the corners of the bed were covered in dust... The front desk staff was not good (when checking in, I asked the front desk for 2 room cards, but the front desk immediately said: If the room card is lost, you have to pay 50 yuan). I booked online and checked out at 14:00, and I used Ctrip points to add value to the check-out, but the front desk called us at 11:30 and asked us to check out. The surrounding environment of the hotel is not bad

I'm a regular customer and always stay at this hotel when I'm in Tongren on business. I'm generally satisfied. Facilities: The rooms are well-equipped, with smart toilets and a laundry room, making them very convenient for business trips. Cleanliness: Excellent, clean and tidy. The hotel environment is so good. It looks inconspicuous from the outside, but I didn't expect that there are ulterior motives inside. The lobby is full of the atmosphere of the Spring Festival. The front desk staff is warm and friendly. The room is very comfortable 😌. The latex pillow inside made me sleepless all night. I was also given a complimentary breakfast. First and foremost, do not be put off by the appearance of the entrance and elevator to the hotel. Although first impressions are important, for some reason, it does not apply to this little gem of a hotel. As soon as you get to the hotel floor, everything is much better. The rooms are spacious and clean, fixtures are of high quality, sound proofing in between rooms are very good. Noise from train station is not too bothersome for us, and the hotel does provide ear plugs should you need them.  Location couldn’t be more convenient- train station, long distance buses and local buses are within walking distance. Eateries, a big supermarket on the 2nd floor of a mall close to the long distance bus station is also available. Smaller convenience stores are all over the place.  Only gripe: hotel would not provide an extra pillow and housekeeping was adamant that only 2 pillows are allowed per room😩 Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting guests to whatever sightseeing questions one might have
