Passage d'Eau Hotel

Lucky me, I got a room upgrade! The hotel shows its age, but the facilities are complete and clean, and the service is excellent. All the staff are warm and patient. The location is also great; it's not in the central area, so it's very quiet and I slept wonderfully. It's close to several lively spots. The accommodation included tickets and breakfast, which made it excellent value for money. After checking in, I was so glad I chose a hotel inside the scenic area – it was incredibly convenient (staying outside plus tickets would have been about the same price). After registering at the service center, there's a shuttle bus that takes you and your luggage to the hotel. Staying at Shui Xiang Yi also gets you a discount at the hot pot restaurant next door.

Facilities: Well-equipped, they even provided a special children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers, which my child loved. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Quiet, with a lovely stream and bridge. The room was very spacious. Service: Warm and welcoming. The complimentary fruit was especially delicious.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The service is exceptional, from the moment I arrived until I left. Someone helped with my luggage and guided me, and they even gave me a special Wuzhen souvenir at checkout. The room was clean, charmingly antique, and quiet, with a picturesque view of small bridges and flowing water outside the window. Booking this hotel also grants free, unlimited access to the scenic area shuttle and luggage transport. Next to the hotel is a specialty hot pot restaurant with a discount. The hotel breakfast is served at the Zhanshui Restaurant, about 80 meters away. They offer a rich variety of Chinese and Western dishes, diverse drinks, and fresh fruit. The beef noodles had incredibly tender, large chunks of beef – absolutely delicious!

The hotel service was exceptional, and the staff were all incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. We could use the shuttle bus an unlimited number of times for free, which made getting around stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, and we could even book a morning tea session.

Located within the scenic area, this hotel offers great value for money. It's perfect for those who want to experience morning tea and the night views. You can stroll back and forth along Xizha Street, and in the summer, there's a refreshing 'cooling street' with shallow water that kids absolutely love. There are many bridges of all sizes in the scenic area. My elder companion unfortunately took a fall, but thankfully the hotel's emergency response was excellent, which we really appreciated!

Even though it was peak season during the summer holidays, the hotel's location was incredibly convenient. It's very close to the Water Theater, and just a short walk further to the lively Xizha Street. Overall, the location is excellent.

The room was spacious and right by the water, incredibly quiet. It was so comfortable staying within the scenic area.

My stay at Wuzhen Shuixiangyi was very pleasant overall. The environment was quiet and elegant, and its location near the water lanes made getting around and sightseeing very convenient. After checking out, I accidentally left an item behind. The hotel proactively called me, carefully verified the information, and thoughtfully helped me keep it safe. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were gentle and friendly, and the thoughtful details were an extra bonus. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuzhen.
