We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wuzhen. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made our stay really relaxing. The hotel also has beautiful surroundings and lovely views, giving us a peaceful experience away from the crowds. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty local options. Most importantly, the owner was very friendly, warm, and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, peaceful, and charming place to stay in Wuzhen. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

This was my first time visiting Wuzhen, and I chose to stay at the Wuzhen Homestay. I booked a bit late so I couldn't get a riverside room. I was assigned to Homestay Building 63, which is located next to Wu General Temple. It's not far from the shuttle bus station or the main canal. The room was quite clean and tidy, and they even included complimentary sculling boat tickets. Overall, it was good value for money, but the soundproofing in the room wasn't great.

The hotel rate included entrance tickets, and we were picked up upon arrival with someone helping us with our luggage, which was very thoughtful for female travelers. Room assignments were made upon check-in, which initially made me a little nervous, like opening a blind box. But the room turned out to be everything I imagined a Jiangnan water town to be: small bridges, flowing water, and traditional black-awning boats right outside my window.
