Warm and friendly front desk staff, especially 泠澜 who has persistently ensure that our room expectations are being made and to assist us on the transport arrangements to our next destination. Spacious, clean and tidy room. Delicious breakfast with variety choices. Although the hotel is located a distance away (less than 2 km) from both east and west gate scenic areas, there is proper accessible pedestrian walkways to both areas.

This seems to be the only Atour hotel in Wuzhen, and it's my first time staying at one! It wasn't as high-end as I imagined, perhaps due to its age and the city's tier. It's a 15-minute walk to the Wuzhen scenic area.
