Wuzhen ZELIN Viewing Pavilion Boutique Hotel (Xizha Scenic Area)

Enjoyed our one night stay in this hotel. A thumbs up for the cleanliness, amenities and the warm welcome service by hotel owner. Location of the hotel is good which is a walking distance to Xizha (West Gate) of Wuzhen Water Town Scenic Area. The hotel owner owns a Chinese restaurant which is at the ground floor of the hotel. Food served were delicious; very home based type of food that suit our taste buds. The downside is there's no lift to hotel rooms however hotel owner was very helpful to take all our luggage to our room. Hotel owner was very helpful to help us book a car service from the hotel to Tongxiang Railway Station. Appreciated his kind assistance. Will recommend this hotel accommodation to relatives and friends.

The boss is very nice. Friendly. Good at offering services according to your needs 😁 The hotel offers a tour of the old town by rickshaw, including taking photos and a brief history of Wuzhen. The brother who rides the rickshaw is so nice and can take a good picture. I'm happy & satisfied during the short tour with him.

Average stay. No place to hang clothes in the shower room. Should to be improved.

I had a great experience here. The hotel retains many wooden elements, featuring a beautiful design, clean and fresh rooms, and a lovely river view. The soundproofing didn't bother me much since it's normal to hear occasional footsteps in a hotel. The hotel also serve foods, it tastes goood (you need to pay) They offer free traditional costume rentals, and you can add makeup, hair, and photo services for a cheap price. For long-distance vehicle rentals, just talk to the host—it’s cheaper and the vehicles run very smoothly.
