I was working at the Internet Conference Convention Center, not far from the guesthouse, and it was getting very late, but I still hadn't checked in. The owner proactively contacted me, and I was able to complete the check-in process in advance. When I arrived at the guesthouse, I just picked up the key card and went straight to rest. The air conditioning in the room was already on, and they sent me a short video with some important tips. This time, I really wanted to take a bath, so I specifically booked a guesthouse with a bathtub. The room even came with a disposable tub liner. I had to leave very early the next day. When I woke up, the hotel cleaning staff were already busy working. Knowing my itinerary involved late nights and early mornings, I didn't opt to pay extra for a higher floor. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, and I imagine the view would be quite different from a higher floor. It got a bit colder the day I arrived, but the room was pre-heated and very warm, which made me feel warm inside as well.

The room was very clean, and the owner provided excellent service. The lobby area was exceptionally beautiful, I loved it! The front desk lady even gave us some snacks. The only minor drawback is that you have to climb stairs, which is fine if you don't have much luggage.

Great environment and location, with a friendly owner and spacious rooms! The decor is also very unique. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wuzhen!
