Good location, just on the beginning of the West side entrance, but need to take a complimentary buggy into the reception lobby. Breakfast at the market was interesting, as you could order the dim sum you like from each stalls and sit anywhere around the water market area.

The hotel is very new and located at the innermost part of the scenic area, but it is very convenient to get in and out. Check in at the tourist center of the scenic spot, take a car to the hotel, and have your luggage delivered to the tourist center by the hotel when you leave, so you can take a leisurely stroll outside. The room facilities are very high-end, the mattress can be adjusted to soft or hard, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, disposable bathtub cover and toilet seat, so considerate! The indoor heated swimming pool is very dedicated from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. You can buy it directly without bringing a swimsuit, and the price is quite reasonable. In addition, the breakfast is very rich, and there are not many people there during winter holidays and weekdays, making it a great trip for walking a baby.

Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

From the check-in experience, the connection between the various links is relatively good, and parking is not directly accessible. The hotel has solved this problem well. The only discomfort is that it may be slightly inconvenient to carry luggage on rainy days. If you count the ticket, two people can deduct at least 300 per day, which is quite cost-effective~~~ Generally speaking, if you plan to bring your children to Xizha, Wuzhen, you can stay in this hotel. It is best to stay in this hotel for three days and two nights, otherwise you will definitely not be able to enjoy yourself. It is not recommended to buy the all-inclusive price. The time schedule is relatively tight, unless you plan to take care of your children. Then adults can go to Xizha and play by themselves~~~
