For my Wuzhen trip, I booked a guesthouse within the West Scenic Zone, specifically building 49. The room and bathroom were very clean. The hostess was incredibly warm and kind; she even brought us a local sweet soup as soon as we arrived, and another one with red beans in the evening. After staying two nights, I realized I'd forgotten something when I got home. I contacted her, and she immediately helped me mail it back. I'm very grateful!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entire decor has a Republican China-era style, which is very elegant and full of atmosphere. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. The service is exceptional; they contacted us in advance, provided a free room upgrade, offered shuttle service to and from the parking lot, and waived the parking fee. Makabaka was also very thoughtful and attentive, giving us guidance on touring the scenic area. Overall, we felt very much at home, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

I was debating whether to stay inside the scenic area because the guesthouses there seemed quite expensive. This place had a reasonable price and even included two tickets to Xizha. I was a bit worried it wouldn't be great, but it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient – it's less than 100 meters from the main street, and it's also a shuttle bus stop, making it super easy to go out and explore. Embarking on a two-day, one-night trip to Wuzhen with a mix of excitement and nerves, I was pleasantly surprised. Wuzhen's unified parking system and shuttle service delivered us right to the hotel. The hotel's ambiance is lovely – a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling town. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was well-equipped, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of a disposable toilet seat cover, which put my mind at ease. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

I've been to Wuzhen many times, but this is my first stay at Shuixiangyi, and the overall quality is still excellent. We took the electric car to the hotel, and the bellhop greeted us, took us to our room, explained the facilities and local attractions, and even helped us book a spot for the morning tea (which we unfortunately couldn't experience due to my child's competition). Opening the window, you're greeted by small bridges and flowing water. In the morning, you hear birds singing outside, and at night, you're enveloped by the gentle water town. A true waterside home – I've been to Wuzhen and never wanted to leave.

The room is great, and the location is excellent, right inside the Xizha scenic area. Staying at this hotel means you step out directly into the scenic area. When you're tired from exploring, it's a short walk back to the hotel to rest, which is very convenient. You can also take a free shuttle bus to the hotel, and the staff even personally pick you up and drop you off at the scenic area entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast is rich and satisfying, and the service attitude is excellent. Very good.

This ancient-style hotel is located within the Wuzhen Scenic Area and retains the original structure of its historic buildings, with many furniture pieces and soft furnishings being genuine antiques. The hotel service is incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. Breakfast is available at the hotel, and if you check in early, you can even exchange it for breakfast at the riverside market, which offers a charming experience of how people used to eat breakfast in ancient times. The room is extremely comfortable. The large bed makes you feel like you've traveled back to ancient times. Turning around and sitting on the 'Luohan' bed, sipping tea and watching TV, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and find a sense of tranquility.

First off, staying at this hotel within the scenic area is incredibly convenient! Whether walking or taking the shuttle, it's super easy to get around. The room was very clean and spacious, with a clear separation between the wet and dry areas, and excellent natural light. (Though the soundproofing was a bit lacking). The shower was spotless and really comfortable. (However, the toilet didn't come with a disposable seat cover). The toiletries provided were all brand-name and very effective, and they even included a disposable bathtub liner. The mini-bar was well-stocked with beer, soda, and juice, and the complimentary bottled water was Nongfu Spring. The room's mattress could be adjusted for firmness based on personal preference, and the air conditioning was very stable. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The freshness and variety of the food were amazing and perfectly matched the quality expected for a hotel of this price point. (My only minor critique is that there weren't many beverage options, and there was only one coffee machine). If budget isn't an issue for a short trip to Wuzhen, this hotel is definitely a great choice and worth staying at. [Authentic review]

Hygiene: The soundproofing wasn't great, and with a lot of people around, the experience wasn't ideal. First, the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par; there were still items left by previous guests. Second, the breakfast queue was incredibly long (honestly, it was the first time I've seen it snake all the way to the entrance!). If you don't eat in the hotel, you have to go quite a distance for food, which isn't great for kids. Service: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even sent various reminders before check-in, which was really convenient, especially for me as a first-timer to Wuzhen – I got excellent guidance! Breakfast: Having to queue so much just made me lose my appetite. Plus, the desserts and Western options weren't very good, and the only coffee available was Americano. The Chinese food, however, was tasty.
