It was only after 11 o'clock in the middle of the night that I was told that the family room I had booked was no longer available. He said that the boss didn't tell them and then the room was booked on the spot. They didn't give any solution, they just said that the family room was gone, and they either gave us an extra room or refunded the money without saying anything! The parent-child room is more expensive than the standard room, and I haven't asked for a refund. Although the money is not much, I don't care about it, but there is no attitude that makes people angry, and it feels like it is natural! I wasn’t familiar with the place, and I didn’t want to make do with it because it was too late. The two of us couldn’t sleep well in the standard room 1.2 bed! Really speechless

同心市是个小地方，二星级的洪海宾馆除了地点差了一些外，可算很好了。房間整洁，傢俱比较新，祗是沐浴间地上有水外溢。前台老板非常热情。酒店没有飧厅，旁边有家小菜館，羊肉十分棒。
