公寓裏簡單，除了常用的洗漱用品、毛巾、燒水壺、吹風等。沒有多餘的桌子，電視機下沒有電視櫃，行李全部放地上。馬桶🚽得吐槽一下，馬桶蓋舊得不能再舊了，看着都坐不下去，其實安裝蹲便器還好些。這馬桶真的該換了。和之前住過同等價位的公寓相比，這個差太多了

#好評#對位置，鄰近店舖，安全性，隔音，鄰近餐廳，防治蚊蟲措施滿意；住的特价房，此评论只针对我住的。
优点：环境不错，走廊没人就挺安静，楼下有药店、超市、电梯，房间有多种灯光可以转换；老板人很好，交通方便；公共卫浴是一个独立于房间的独卫；床挺长，能睡下我1.5m的身躯；有小凳子，我很喜欢床尾桌子的设计，方便写字；不用交押金；如果房间没有吹风机，找前台老板借即可；如果毛巾有洞，找老板换即可。
缺点：房间小（但是一个人住绰绰有余），不隔音（不知道是不是因为窗户关不上，一个人很安静的时候可以听到隔壁打电话，对面出门，楼上打麻将、讲话），床尾的桌子一开始有股味道，小窗户不好关，对卫生要求不严格的就还行，擦擦桌上的灰，不贴墙睡；3个充电孔一开始只有一个能充，插房卡缓一会儿后另外俩就可以充了，被子很薄，无空调和电视。总体对我而言，房间设施可以接受，老板人超级好，借我用了一会儿电脑，还开车送我去考场。（经费有限的同学还是比较推荐这家）
