Our stay was a bit of a mixed bag, but overall it was fine for what we needed. The absolute highlight was the breakfast—it was excellent. They had fresh orange juice, a fresh crepe station, a fresh waffle station, and stations for boiled and scrambled eggs. Twice the stations were run by two attendants and twice by a single person, but the food was always great. Check-in was also fast, and the room's new furniture and bed were decent. On the downside, the hotel was undergoing an unannounced refurbishment, so there was some noise and dust. The room itself was also quite cramped and lacked a hairdryer or iron. Our main issue was with housekeeping; during a 33°C+ heatwave, our room wasn't serviced, and we only got fresh towels on our last day. Our bedding had some stains that weren't swapped out when requested. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door 5 times on checkout morning between 8:30 and 10:30 AM, despite the 12:00 PM checkout time. It's a decent place with amazing food, but the room service just needs to be a bit more organised.

This hotel is very conveniently placed for travelers without a car who wish to visit Disneyland Paris (like me!) and also central Paris which is just around 30 mins by RER train. The station in Torcy is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. My room was clean and the staff on reception were always very friendly and spoke English. I opted to pay extra to have the in-house continental breakfast (juice, cereal, croissants/baguette, hot drinks) which was convenient, good quality and I enjoyed it all very much.

First of all, the check-in process was terrible. I think anyone planning to go should read this beforehand. Next to the hotel, there are remnants of a fire, which immediately gives off an eerie feeling. Upon arriving at the hotel, you're greeted by blue tarpaulins everywhere and numerous damaged rooms. When I headed towards the entrance to check in, a sign blocked my way, and I wandered around for about 30 minutes. I called the management company, but their phone service was awful, and I couldn't get any clues. They told me to look for a machine, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Everyone, please go directly to the hotel entrance at the front. Check-in is handled there jointly. And when I finally got to my room, it was incredibly basic, and to top it all off, I was woken up at 8 AM every morning. This is because they were gouging out the room's door and walls and then painting them. I was woken up around 7:50 AM, and when I asked to be allowed to sleep, they both told me to ignore them because it was their job, which was very unpleasant. I will never use this hotel again. Those considering using this service should be careful.

I chose this hotel because of its convenient access from the airport and from Disneyland Paris! It's also easy to get around Paris, and the room itself was lovely. I would definitely like to stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Good hotel quality price

The room was very clean and had air conditioning, which was great! The check-in area was a bit hard to find, but you can check in at the hotel across the street. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room, but they lent one to me at the front desk of the hotel across the street, so personally, it was cheap and fantastic! It was also very close to Disneyland, which was great!!

Ideally located. Standard room. Parking is now paid without prior notice. The function room is downstairs, so it's noisy at night, which is a shame.

Excellent value for money! Comfortable bedding. The neighborhood can be noisy at times.

Everything was fine, breakfast was good, a bit far from the station.

The stay was relocated to the Campanile Hotel, a hotel in the same group but of superior quality. The service was impeccable with exceptional value for money. Thank you for the opportunity.

The room was adequate for one night. The location was very quiet, and the receptionist kindly helped us with our luggage.
