B&B Hotel Marne-La-Vallée Torcy Gare 3 étoiles

"Just got back from 3 nights here! It was super cheap, so I had no real expectations. We'd only be sleeping there while visiting disneyland. The location is perfect being outside the RER A Line Torcy Station. 3 stops from Disney and around 40 minutes the other way into Paris. There's a big supermarket/shopping centre 10 minute walk from the hotel too. We stopped here for a snack when we arrived. We were in room 240 at the front of the hotel (you could hear the trains but not loud enough to disturb your sleep). The sun was on here later in the day, so we made sure to keep the curtain shut when we left to avoid the room heating up (it was very warm in the room when we arrived but the aircon was sufficient). The room was small and clean. It was cleaned and fresh towels every day, which I didn't expect. The beds were OK, I think had we not been exhausted from the days in Disney and Paris, I might have found it uncomfortable to sleep, but it's not the worst bed I've slept in. The same with the pillows being really thin. If I stayed again, I'd be sure to request extra pillows. Breakfast was basic, egg and bacon with a continental selection. It was OK and enough to set up for our day. The coffee was ok, too. All in all, for the price, we had a great stay, and I would happily stay again!"

"Not far from Disney, the room was clean. However, basic amenities like slippers, conditioner, shampoo, and a hairdryer were missing. You can't open the curtains in the room because it overlooks the parking lot. It's fine for one night."

Premiere Classe Marne la Vallee - Torcy

"Our stay was a bit of a mixed bag, but overall it was fine for what we needed. The absolute highlight was the breakfast—it was excellent. They had fresh orange juice, a fresh crepe station, a fresh waffle station, and stations for boiled and scrambled eggs. Twice the stations were run by two attendants and twice by a single person, but the food was always great. Check-in was also fast, and the room's new furniture and bed were decent. On the downside, the hotel was undergoing an unannounced refurbishment, so there was some noise and dust. The room itself was also quite cramped and lacked a hairdryer or iron. Our main issue was with housekeeping; during a 33°C+ heatwave, our room wasn't serviced, and we only got fresh towels on our last day. Our bedding had some stains that weren't swapped out when requested. Also, housekeeping knocked on our door 5 times on checkout morning between 8:30 and 10:30 AM, despite the 12:00 PM checkout time. It's a decent place with amazing food, but the room service just needs to be a bit more organised."

"Cleanness was not great, we had some bugs in the hotel and we all came back scratching ourselves and got spots. My Mrs and daughter were struggling. They only clean the toilet and if you want them to clean the room you have to ask them one night before. I advised them on our second day but they said they will clean on third day even then it was not cleaned. Receiption guy usually work on days was really rude. Although he provided us iron but his behaviour was not right. Made me shocked on second day by saying that I have to check out as my booking as per their record was only two night I shown him my booking which was 4 days still he was not accepting and informs me that he will check and let me know. He finish the shift and not left any message for me. We stayed there 4 nights. First day we went for breakfast but quality was not good, no fry egg or amlate, only boiled egg, low quality bred and jams etc. not a good value for money."

"The bedroom shutter was broken, so it was impossible to close it all the way down. A piece of the wooden window frame was also broken so we could feel the air passing through. The bedroom doors also do not close. And the big problem, woken up at 4:15 a.m. because of mortar fire or fireworks, I don't know, right in front of the hotel... otherwise the hotel is clean"
