Book the larger unit (Suite instead of Studio) much bigger for the price. All receptionists was kind/helpful. Room super clean. Bar so-so.

Although the hotel is not big, it is elegant inside, quiet and clean, and the rooms are not small. There is a refrigerator and a kettle.

The hotel is located at the intersection of Metro Line 1 and Line 2: 300 meters outside Bloor-Yonge Station, a small black building in an alley. Outside the window, green leaves help sparse.
Retro old-fashioned telephones, some very literary and thick books.
The most surprising thing is that there are vinyl records. Pull the record out of the jacket, put it on the Crosley turntable, and enjoy.
No coffee machine, only instant coffee. However, the kettle is SMEG, an Italian luxury brand.

The walls were paper thin and I could hear every door closing. It wasn't that there were loud guests. Every door opening sounded like our door opening. I'm not sure why there isn't soundproofing of the walls? I couldn't believe the lack of quality for a Hyatt hotel. We considered seeing if we could transfer to the Hyatt instead.
