The overall hotel facilities were good, especially food is excellent.

A very good hotel with great service, sanitation and hardware. The price of hotels of the same level in North America is basically the same, much more expensive than that in China. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is all ordered.

The only five-star hotel in Toronto!

The staff even entered the room without any request. The breakfast was good.

Room size is standard. For a five-star hotel, the facilities are simple, the service is poor, and the cleanliness is disappointing. I woke up early to make coffee before I started making it, and found that there were coffee stains on the side of the cup. The room service was perfunctory. I called a manager, who must have been there. He was extremely impatient and left with a cup. Not a word of apology. The spa is at your own expense and the swimming environment is pretty good. Breakfast is at your own expense, too little. I won’t go there again next time, it’s such a good location for nothing.

A beautiful hotel. The lobby is tall, and the overhead looks like snowflakes are falling. The paintings and handicrafts in the room are condensed. Toiletries are Le Labo. It has a shower room and a large off-white bathtub. Located in Yorkville, Toronto's most high-end community. Metro station Bloor-Yonge is 400 meters away.
