I turned up for my booking after the checkin time of 14:00 on Saturday 9th April 2022, the hotel doors were locked, lights were off and no one inside. Tried calling them, no answer. I had to call *********** in the end to get a resolution, as the property took my money and refused me entry for some reason. Apparently they didn't think I was coming anymore... even though I hadn't cancelled my booking and neither had they. Absolutely appalling service and I hope people take the time to read these reviews before booking as it would save them wasting their time and money! I've had to go down a legal chargeback route with my credit card company in order to claim back my money. Cheap for a reason! Avoid!
