"A cozy and large single room with a double bed and a single bed, very clean and with balcony. It is also a large bathroom. It is stable a few meters from the sea, very comfortable especially for those with children. The staff available and made us feel like at home. We didn't enjoy the pool because the sea was very clean. Board 👍🏻"

"We selected this hotel among those included in the 2-night Mirabilandia package. As soon as I booked I called them to find out if they had a bed rail to put in the double bed as our 3 year old daughter sleeps with us. Otherwise I made myself available to bring it from home. They told me they would check and let me know. I called them back after a week and they replied that they hadn't checked yet, after half an hour a kind guy finally confirmed that they had it. We arrive in the evening of the day of check-in after being at the park, a very kind lady welcomes us but tells us that they couldn't call the room staff back for that night and therefore no drawer side for the first night (?). The next morning I remind them to let me find it in the room and they assure me that there will be no problems. In the evening when we returned, the lady always told me that they should have already inserted it and if it wasn't there, to call back to reception and they would take care of it. None of this! I call the reception, no one answers, I go down and he tells me that when we return after dinner we would find her in the room. We return and still nothing. The night porter told us to wait 10 minutes until they would bring it to our room (11.10 pm), at midnight I called... "yes, excuse me but we have a problem to resolve first"...at that point I was really confused unnerved and summarized when also written in this review. I solved it differently by placing the third bed next to the child's side and I didn't open it because ONLY AFTER GETTING ANGRY ON THE PHONE, in 10 minutes they arrived with the blessed side rail!!! It's absurd that for something so stupid, the memory of the holiday is ruined by the indifference/incompetence/lack of communication between staff. For the rest, I agree with those who wrote that the bathroom (especially the shower) needs to be redone and cleaned better. Restaurant ok. We won't be back again."

"we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food."
