"We booked this hotel on Booking trusting the photos that showed it as newly renovated and indeed it is, except for one small simple fact, the hotel is not yet complete. We were welcomed at the reception with super kindness and courtesy, but this was not enough to compensate for the large lack of degrees inside the structure, which does not have heating but only air conditioners that do not heat enough. The room: Also without heating but only with a split heat pump, despite the setting at 30° the cold still felt as if we were in the mountains, so much so that we had to ask for a convector heater at reception, the bathroom is tiny, one of the smallest I've ever seen in my entire life (I've seen a lot of facilities), an unlikely shower which I struggled to get in (a sort of non-functioning multi-jet with its seat which takes up space , in addition to a minimum height where in order to wash I had to keep my head down, I'm 1.70 tall, I certainly don't give 2.50). Breakfast was offered to us in the freezing cold of the reception, where we pointed this out, but unfortunately I fully understand the embarrassment of the staff who couldn't do anything else. I didn't even touch it, I left everything there and we went back to the room. This hotel is probably not yet ready to welcome guests, perhaps it will be for this summer, but at the moment it would have been better to keep it closed, they would certainly have made a better impression."

"we had a lovely first couple of days after checking in but it did sadly go down hill from there. The staff began to ignore us in the dining hall, checking on all the tables round us but never coming over to us to see if everything was okay or even if we wanted a drink. i don’t want to assume but i have a feeling it was because we were the only British couple there. The atmosphere did not make us feel the most welcome and comfortable, making us not wanting to leave our room and making us wanting to dine elsewhere after paying for the all inclusive. we understand there is a language barrier but we did try our best to communicate in the local language. However the food was better than most self served style buffets offering a wide range of food."

"The gas stove is very difficult to use. Cleanliness is poor. The staff is kind and helpful. It's hard to sleep at night because the guests upstairs are noisy, even though I complained about the problem twice."
