If it wasn't for my 4 year old grandson we would have left immediately. I recommend keeping away from the dependance. They are not located within the hotel perimeters but in a nearby street. I would give them a zero star rating. My wife came away with her arms full of dust mite bites (within the bed mattress). The bathroom had a tiny shower, the dining table had rusty legs and the wardrobes were without doors. No internet. The hotel itself was OK, nice garden & pool. Food was so-so. The surrounding area outside of the hotel is very dirty & looks neglected.

We booked this hotel for a family (2 small kids) and were very disappointed with the room and pool area. We had to leave the next day and booked a different hotel in the area. The pool is VERY small, everyone is on top of each other, there are not enough sunbeds by the pool, pool is made of some kind of concreate and my daughter cut both of her feel the first time she went in. It is absolutely not suitable for children. The standard room was tiny, the hotel should not book it for families at all. They put in a bunk bed that was extremely old, rusty and with paint constantly falling off. I would not want my children to sleep on a rusty bed like that. It’s not possible to walk in the room at all, standard room should only be used for 2 people. Bathroom was very old, hair drier was Bailey working, on the balcony there was only one plastic chair. Positives were - nice seat down dinner and friendly staff.

What to say? It's the second time I've been back, and every time I'm always struck by the beauty of the place. Magnificent place on the sea, cleanliness of the rooms at the top and then, so much kindness from all the staff. It always feels like family. Thanks to Dory who met our needs and compliments for her sweetness; thanks to the director Fabio who is always jovial and courteous to all guests. Magnificent breakfast, where you can find everything. So congratulations also to chef Fernando. The wellness center and Francesca's pampering are amazing. Thanks above all to Massimiliano, the owner, and his parents Giuseppe and Teresa, always present and ready to have a chat with all the guests. The rooms are beautiful, the location wonderful, the garden very well kept. Thanks also to the waiters and gardeners. It really feels like being at home. The sea is gorgeous and the whole place is enchanting and magical. Thanks also to Giusy for letting us discover and learn about it. We will definitely return with other friends, maybe even on New Year's Eve. Highly recommended

I booked the Platinum package which is the one complete with spa, massages, dinner and obviously bed and breakfast. Everything was beautiful, the wonderful room with sea view, super relaxing spa and massages and dinner with fresh, quality products. I will definitely return. The staff were courteous and very friendly as well as professional.

We tried Parco dei Principi for the spa package. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I've seen a few spas in Italy, but this was the nicest. I appreciated the fact that the route is complete, the pools are clean and you are always followed by the staff who explains everything to you. Furthermore, the day use of the room is truly a gem! obviously all in a dream structure. Super recommended!

We stayed for a week at the beginning of July, in a residence formula. The annex with the apartments is 50 meters from the main building, there is ample parking. Large and spacious apartments, I highly recommend choosing those facing the sea, which have a small supplement. Everything in order and well equipped, however the cleaning equipment was missing; in our case one was scheduled for mid-week, but we purchased a broom and brush to do it ourselves every day. I can't comment on the hotel rooms and kitchen, as I didn't use them. The swimming pool is very pleasant, even if a little small. The beaches: the private one is suggestive, which can be accessed directly from the garden, with the ladder to enter the water from the rocks. The Bora Bora beach, which has an agreement, is spectacular in terms of the sea, convenient parking, poor toilet/shower facilities, no foot washer. The sunbeds are not assigned but on rotation, there is an area reserved for hotel guests and from time to time you can place yourself wherever it happens. Entertainment: there was nothing for the kids, our son is 12 years old and was always with us, there were two entertainers who made the younger children play on the beach and in the pool. We always went out in the evening, the only time we stayed there once the baby dance was over there was nothing else; but it is only one evening, it is not exhaustive data. Ultimately a beautiful structure, with many points in its favor, which can improve in some details.

Nothing is missing at the Parc des Princes! The structure is enchanting, the sandstone is beautiful with fossils of shells and fish... every corner is to be discovered: suggestive entrance, beautiful garden with fountains and comfortable sunbeds, swimming pool, private beach a stone's throw from your room, paradisiacal beach a few kilometers away with the convenience of reaching it by shuttle both in the morning and in the afternoon. Gym, wellness center... you don't have to think about anything, not even the beach towels because they provide them, you just have to let yourself be pampered... and then the food, truly excellent and plentiful. Wide choice every day between fish and meat first courses, excellent desserts! Thanks to all the tireless staff, always kind and helpful. A wonderful week, every day a surprise, from the welcome aperitif with oysters to the dessert buffet with still warm pasticciotti... from lunch on the beach to the barbecue in the square. Thanks also to the legendary Bubba and the sweet Lupita for keeping us company every evening with friendly entertainment and during the day on the beach. We would never leave again! The only suggestion we feel like giving, always with respect for the work of others, is to improve communication in reception/management with a more careful handover, given that at the time of payment, there was a misunderstanding that it made us leave the Park with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. Thank you all and we will definitely spread the word so that our friends and relatives can try this experience!

We left full of energy, also based on the reviews we read. I would like to point out that our dissatisfaction is absolutely not linked to the park staff; In fact, every person we met left a positive mark on us. The fact is that unfortunately this place is stagnant and probably not very modernised. Basically it is a place with infinite potential, starting from the entrance, passing through the swimming pool up to the private beach. Unfortunately there are a few things to improve: - the rooms do not have any soundproofing. Every single morning the alarm was the constant coming and going of guests, slammed doors and cell phones with very high volume. We had a standard one that needed to be renovated a bit; in my case the shower leaked water, I had the toilet in front of the shower itself and very little space passed between the two elements. For this problem they immediately came to our aid by changing our room and replacing this standard one with a comfort one (which certainly had a more spacious and new bathroom, but still with broken cabinet doors). - the food was questionable: out of the 5 days we spent there we only ate well one evening. Their strong point at the moment is breakfast, but otherwise unfortunately for most of the courses we did not find good quality... certainly nothing to say about quantity. - practically non-existent animation, just two people who played a bit of music every now and then. In all of this, however, a very positive experience that I would gladly do again in the spa. I think Filia Regis is the gem of the park. It saddens me to write less than positive words, but I would really like to know about a management that aims for quality and not just quantity.

A holiday that left a mark in our hearts, and which we plan to repeat... STRONG POINTS: Starting from the kindness and professionalism of the Receptionists (Sara first and foremost) and the Director (Mr. Fabio) to arrive at the legendary Bubba (a part PR, part entertainer, part DJ, part factotum) to understand that here the customer's needs and well-being come first. The result is guaranteed thanks to: 1) A one-of-a-kind SPA, impeccably managed by Mrs. Francesca (to whom a special thank you goes) 2) A restaurant room (pool view) where the whiteness of the tablecloths, the clean scent, the care of the rich and fresh buffet (for starters and side dishes) and of the express cuisine (for first and second courses), all under the careful control of the Metre, Mr. Ferdinando. 3) Varied and always up-to-date menus, with typical Salento and non-Salento dishes. 4) Large outdoor spaces, with dehors, tree-lined park, swimming pool with waterfall, very comfortable sun loungers and direct connection to the private beach. 6) Large parking lot right in front of the entrance. 7) Large, comfortable and clean apartments (we opted for the Appartahotel living room, 70 m from the main building). 8) Suggestive and refined setting (the structure is an old baronial house) 9) Possibility of consuming meals on the patio in front of the "Locanda" (exquisite grilled meat and fish) 10) Rich, refined and excellent buffet breakfast (the Express crepes are inimitable). 11) A large color TV + a well-stocked bookcase in the internal common area TO BE REVIEWED/IMPROVED 1) The "Bora-Bora" affiliated bathing establishment, both for the management of "umbrellas" and for the unseemly hygiene situation of the services. 2) The animation, almost absent. 3) The lifeguard Miri, really too insistent in proposing the boat excursion. 4) The absence of a kiosk on the private beach: even for just a glass of water, you have to go to the internal bar 5) The internal bar: it only works well with Dario. 6) The absence of a toilet in the common areas: there is only one in the restaurant room. I was in this splendid resort in September, the service in the room was excellent and compliments to the waiter Matteo, the dishes they offer are good, but the gem of this magnificent place is the spa, with great attention to detail, the girls are very welcoming and above all well prepared, congratulations to Emanuela and Mara. We stayed at this property with some friends for a week. I had already been about five years ago. I confirm the good impression of the first time... friendly staff, clean rooms and top cuisine. The location facing the sea is priceless...

I stayed in this property for 10 nights. Deluxe room with sea view on the ground floor, perfect, hotel beach and excellent shuttle service to Bora Bora. Clean and always well-stocked restaurant, I thank the chef for the velvety soups ☺️. Animation present, friendly, but not intrusive.

E' un luogo incantato che appaga i 5 sensi. La vista e l'udito sono appagati dai colori e dai suoni del mare che caratterizzano questa location; l'olfatto, il tatto e il gusto sono appagati magistralmente dalla maestria dello chef e della sua brigata che quotidianamente si lascia ispirare e da sfogo al suo saper fare lasciando un'impronta indelebile sulle papille gustative. Difficile dimenticare quel gusto pieno e quei sapori sprigionati dalla tecnica culinaria, a parere di tutti, stellata. E' un luogo dove l'ospite non è un numero di camera ma parte della famiglia Sereno e del suo meraviglioso staff. L'attenzione e la cordialità con cui si viene trattati è senza eguali e senza paragoni. receptionist meravigliose, Luigi fantastico e disponibile, Il direttore simpatico e professionale oltre che disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema, il signor Giuseppe e la sua famiglia sempre pronti al sorriso e a soddisfare i desideri e che dire dello chef, Daniele, la sua bravura ha lasciato ogni volta senza parole. Anche la pasticceria è degna di nota. Vacanza meravigliosa, grazie!

Ho trascorso una vacanza davvero favolosa al Resort e le mie aspettative sono state superate sotto ogni punto di vista. È una struttura che sa coniugare perfettamente eleganza, relax e divertimento. ​Pulizia impeccabile: La cura degli ambienti è maniacale. Camere spaziose, profumate e tirate a lucido ogni giorno con una precisione straordinaria. Le aree comuni e i giardini sono tenuti in condizioni semplicemente perfette. ​Servizi di alto livello: Struttura dotata di ogni comfort, pensata nei minimi dettagli per far sentire l'ospite coccolato dal primo all'ultimo minuto. ​Accoglienza e cortesia: Il personale è l'anima di questo posto.
