Sol Torremolinos - Don Pablo

Great for families, comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast. If stay without booking all inclusive there are some good beach cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Part of a group of 3 hotels, next to each other Great to be able to wander into all 3 and use the facilities in them all. We stayed half board for one week in early September at Don Pablo. They have a separate gluten free menu, and were very accommodating of our extra allergies. One of our party uses a wheelchair. Getting around the hotel wasn’t a problem, but we did have problems accessing some of the swimming pools. The sunbeds around the main pool are on different levels, mostly they are not accessible to wheelchair users, and the area that was accessible had so many sunbeds packed in that getting past them at the end of the ramp was almost impossible. This did spoil the holiday for us, and because of this, I’m not sure if we would return.

The location is a few steps from the beach. The hotel is huge and very popular. We had a full board reservation. The food was good, we really loved the corner with the chef who cooked freshly meat or fish at every meal. The room was ok, with a queen bed. Just we didn't like that we asked for all inclusive option, but the policy said you need to spend at least five nights with them and we only had 3 nights.

Nice little hotel Lovely hotel (the pictures on the website doesn’t really do it justice) but the bathrooms in particular are very dated and not user friendly. The terrace has an annoying ledge which is really difficult to see and we all kept on stubbing our toes on it and were worried about our toddler hurting herself. Little improvements that would make a big difference such as having water in the gym. Kids club was good and entertainers very friendly.

Nice property, very friendly staff. Close to the beach if u wanted to go, but just as comfortable by one of the pools. A fair Walk up hill to shops and restaurants but you can also use a lift for 50 cents a person. Great variety of shops , restaurants and views of the sea
