We couldn’t have wished or asked for better ! Lisa the host was amazing - really helpful and resourceful! She made our stay so easy. The rooms were lovely & clean and comfortable The location was awesome - bars & restaurants within minutes - we liked ❤️ Gheo’s and Ca dente. Such a lovely place - made very special by Lisa’s hospitality- thank you

We have just returned home from Benaco36 in Torri, our hosts Lisa and Michele could not do enough for us, such a lovely couple, Lisa organised our airport transfers, recommending where to visit and where to eat in the local restaurants, we were made very welcome, the rooms are lovely, modern and spotlessly clean, we would definitely go back again. Attention: Unfortunately, Benaco 36 does not meet the standard that I know from Little Travel Society. We booked the recommended family room personally and in writing, five months in advance, and deposited a deposit. Upon our arrival, Lisa said, "I have good news and bad news for you." They had overbooked our room but offered us a larger room or apartment in the neighboring house. However, the apartment was dark, sterile, and lacked charm and personality. It later turned out that Lisa had given our booked room to a single, spontaneously arrived regular guest. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with being accommodated in the alternative option, Lisa tried to call the regular guest to convince them to move into the apartment. The guest didn't respond, so she started calling other guests who hadn't booked like us, trying to persuade them to take the apartment. Finally, she offered us the dark apartment at half price. We decided to look for an alternative at Lake Garda since this was a highly unpleasant experience, and Lisa's attitude was rude. She thought she was doing us a favor, but even she had to admit that the offered apartment did not meet the standard of their other rooms. It's a pity and, unfortunately, a total letdown for us, as it caused a lot of stress for us and our two young children, and we ended up in a subpar bungalow at an overpriced campsite.
