A wonderful stay on the beach!! The room was great and so close I could hear the ocean all night!! Such a comfortable bed. The service and the people —-amazing! Great location! I would highly recommend Sebastian’s on the Beach!!

We even received an upgrade. The second room would have easily earned 5 stars for cleanliness. The hotel restaurant was the best in the area. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. The direct view of the beach, the pelicans, and the surfers was fantastic.

Started with great staff. Bingo and karaoke night is a huge hit and a lot of fun. Great, safe, and perfectly situated on the west end. Happy hour is a great deal, and all the rest of the food we ate was good. Would stay here again, would recommend to others, and super glad we stayed here. We stayed in the Villas, great views, quiet, comfortable. Short drive to our favorite beach Smuggles Cove, and we enjoyed Patricia’s more than Nigel’s. Staff-10/10 Food-7/10, location- 10/10, affordable 8/10.

This property is a gem! A great final 2 nights in BVI after being on a boat for 5. Our room opened up to the beach. Restaurant on property very good. Reasonably priced. They have their own labeled rum.

This was an excellent place to stay! Great view from balcony, beach only a few steps away. Restaurant & bar on site & food was excellent. Different menu choices every day! Drinks were wonderful & staff was so wonderfully kind & enjoyable to talk to!

It was a great stay. Staff and food was wonderful. Very relaxing place. They had music entertainment and bingo. Felt clean. Shower floor tile would be my only draw back. Needs replacing. Beautiful blue waters. Easy walks to beaches. Doc the bartender was top notch. Cora and Nikki were the best waitresses. Fish tacos are a must. They have happy hour. Breakfast should be the eggs Benedict. Just saying!

Great views, good sized room. Freindly staff. There is a great restaurant on site. More very good restaurants are withing a short drive. Its near a great surf spot.

Rooms in need of a facelift Bed and pillows excellent Food - just ok Barman was absolutely charming - wish I could remember his name to give him a name check Advertised as 25 mins from the airport. It’s minimum 45 - probably closer to an hour It’s a surfers beach - not suitable for swimming and definitely not suitable for children
