"Located in the middle of the Old City. The reception clerk is kind and helpful. The room is basically good, but the kettle in the room was very dirty and obviously not cleaned. The faucet shape in the room is weird and too stiff to give out water, and the shower switch is faulty and sometimes doesn't respond. The elevator stopped working suddenly in the morning. The facility looks like a typically mismanaged American hotel rather than Polish one, which honestly I didn't like. Polish old classical hotels have better services and facilities with cheaper price."

"This hotel is located on the edge of the Old Town, a few minutes walk to Rynek Nowomiejski, but unlike many hotels in this area, it has a parking. The Deluxe Triple and Deluxe Single room looked exactly the same. Both had a living area with a sofa, but in the Triple room the sofa was made up as a bed. The room was modern, spacious with decent air-conditioning. Both deluxe rooms had views at St James’s Church. Buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection of options including gluten free (we advised the reception about GF requirement a few days before our arrival). The only minus was that during the day there were some renovations taking place in the other wing of the building and the noise could be heard in the rooms. However, there was so much to do in town, that we hardly stayed in the room during the day."

The beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. It’s clear that the management puts a lot of care into maintaining a high standard. One of the standout features was the beautiful roof top garden setting. It added a peaceful, refreshing atmosphere, perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a day of exploring the city. The hotel just a short stroll from charming Old Town."

"[2026-Agosto] We went to this hotel/apartment to visit the city of Toru. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and it is very comfortable and comfortable. Nothing else inside you have a jelly cake (typical of the city) Important: There is no lift and I think you can't park around the area. The room was great, cosy, with kitchen (without microwaves) and very clean The location is really very good to visit in the centre, you have everything 5 minutes away and many restaurants and shops nearby. The owner is very careful every day for cleaning. 100% recommended."
