B&B HOTEL Toruń
"This hotel maybe friendly to people with dog, because our room smells not good, when the door has been opened, the bad smell run out. Some people with asthma be careful."
Copernicus Toruń Hotel
"The view, breakfast, and room condition were all perfect!"
Ibis Budget Torun
"The space was ok for the budget smells good and fixtures were clean nice little set up. Location was great mid between Torun plaza and old town. Attentive customer service plus"
Hotel Gromada Toruń
"I stayed at this hotel for a short visit, and overall it was fine for 1–2 nights, but there are definitely areas that could be improved. The main issues I noticed were: • The electrical sockets were loose, which felt unsafe. • The fridge made noise during the night. • There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, likely coming from the ventilation. • The mattresses had visible stains, and the room was not perfectly cleaned (some dust remained). • It was also inconvenient that a kettle and hairdryer had to be requested at the reception instead of being provided in the room. On the positive side, the location is excellent — very central and convenient. The price is reasonable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view from the window was truly stunning. In conclusion, this hotel is acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but with some improvements in cleanliness, safety, and convenience, it could be much better."
Hotel Mercure Torun Centrum
"The location of the hotel is so nice. It was a very comfortable location to go to the center of the city and the old town."
Hotel Bulwar
"We arrived at this hotel (booked by our tour company) on a warm Sept evening. The a/c is controlled centrally and cannot be adjusted by the guest. It was so hot in the room and it was clear that my husband and I wouldn't be able to sleep in the room. Also, there is only one electric outlet (far from the bed) that would not have allowed us to use our small bedside travel fans. We decided to go to a more modern hotel without these constraints. We asked Hotel Bulwar for a refund but they refused."

Hotel Spichrz
"Well located"
Gotyk
"The location is a plus. The room's downside is its cleanliness and the noise... (the window faces the street). Dark and gloomy..."

Top Garden Aparthotel
"The location, underground parking, elevator, room size, and ground-floor café are all good. However, the amenities leave much to be desired. There are no hooks, neither in the hallway nor in the bathroom! Showering regularly results in flooding despite all precautions. There are no cleaning cloths or mops. Dishcloths or kitchen towels... not a chance. No English instructions for the coffee maker or the stove, which didn't work. There are no sofa cushions, and since the chairs lack felt padding, every noise from upstairs is clearly audible. Overall, rather disappointing. We will not be booking again."
Hotel 1231
"The word "best" is appropriate."
Hotel Eter
"This is an ancient building that was beautifully renovated. Our rooms were quiet and interesting with exposed beams and brickwork. The food at breakfast was decent and dinner at the restaurant was excellent. We found the front desk to be quite helpful. Very recommended if you're in Torun."
Halo Toruń
"The hotel is very close to the historical city center. Extremely spacious room, sitting room and bedroom. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast service. Parking at hotel yard for a small fee. Not far away to the highway."
BP Apartment I
"Overall it was okay, but the self-check-in process was inconvenient; I couldn't get through on the phone! And I inexplicably stopped receiving text messages! I ended up having to ask a stranger to help me call! Entering and exiting the parking lot required manually opening the door, which was awkward and troublesome…"
Apartamenty Chleb I Wino Strumykowa
"Apartment nice clean in a great location. I recommend"
Apartamenty Chleb I Wino Toruń
"A sweet and charming little place. Tucked away in old town center. The kind staff are always a delight to a weary traveler."
Hotel Czarna Róża
"I was touring Poland and Torun was on my list. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was greeted by Marta with a great smile. She was gracious and explained everything I would need to know about the hotel. I definitely felt that I made a superb choice when I booked this hotel. Every person I met at the hotel was helpful, and even told me about things to visit and helped with directions (the map I received was easy to read and all streets and points of interest easily marked). I cannot remember the last time I was at a hotel and ALL employees were kind and helpful! Perhaps you could figure out your secret and share it with other hotels!?! My husband (who stayed at home) received unfortunate news from his doctor so I had to return home immediately. They were understanding and said I could stay at the hotel until I found a flight home. They were especially kind, thoughtful and always willing to help in any way they could until I left. I will always remember their kindness that really helped me during that time, especially since being alone. In fact, I told my husband about my stay there, and he said that since I had to shorten my trip, he would go back to Poland with me and we're definitely staying at Czarina Rosa! Thank you for my enjoyable stay, but most importantly, blessings for your kindness and support!"
Apartamenty Monka
"- beautiful accommodation in historical granary. It is in historical part of the city so you cannot park your car directly in front of the accommodation, but there is big paid parking place nearby. - breakfast is served from 9 a.m., but there are enough cafés nearby where you can eat or buy something to eat if you need or want breakfast earlier - we had maisonette apartment with river and Leaning Tower views. The apartment had full equiped kitchen with coffee and tea making equipment and big refridgerator, there were two single beds and smaller bathroom in the ground level and double bed and bigger bathroom upstairs - in case I come to Toruń again, Monka will surely be my accommodation no. 1 choice."
Przystanek Toruń
"Perfect location - a quiet place, but very near the centre. Spacious rooms, arranged in a railway style. Water available in the machines in the hall (could be in the rooms, too) Very clean and comfortable. The service extremely friendly. (thanks for letting us keep our car parked after check-out) ❤️🙂"
