Pros: - Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk) - Quiet street - Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed) Cons: - The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use. - You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out. P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying.

The room was clean with good natural light and very quiet at night. It's not too far from the city center, and the room is fully equipped, especially with a complete set of kitchenware. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the food is fantastic!

Everything was superb, nothing to complain about. Especially appreciated the 24/7 check-in flexibility; even though my flight landed after 10:30 PM, I had no issues checking in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many thanks to them.

About a 1km hike to the train station and a similar distance into the centre. Good size apartment with some basic cooking facilities. Combined shower / bath with shower head fixed too low. Very good breakfast. Main problem was the noise from drunken partygoers walking by in the middle of the night: hard to sleep. Also noise from stomping and slamming doors.

Superb, well-equipped hotel with excellent bedding and amazing staff. The welcome was top-notch, thank you! As a regular guest, I'll definitely be back. The location is ideal for exploring Toulouse.

Amazing place to stay. The staff very helpful.  If you are staying longer and like a mix of restaurant and also own cooked food, it a good choice. We did our own breakfast.
