The guy at the front desk can speak Chinese, which is really a surprise. He is also very handsome, hehe. The room was wrong, and the environment of the park was also good. There are not many people around. There is a lidl where you can go shopping, but it takes 20 minutes to walk.

No heating in the main room and tourist tax payable for 3 people even though I am alone I am waiting for a return following my request today at reception.

The Appart City Toulouse Purpan residence is located west of the city center of Toulouse on the outskirts. The residence is large and has many apartments. The apartment is air-conditioned and clean and modern is equipped with a kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The parking space is paying, 4€ during your stay, and is secure and under video surveillance. A small outdoor swimming pool to relax. The price of an apartment for 4 people is very attractive, it is advisable to make a reservation before your departure during the summer season because the residence is always displayed full.

Nice stay, clean pool and excellent staff. Helpful with public transportation, if you have no car. Few place to eat in the near vicinity (and the few are closed for holidays in august)... Overall a nice place if you like to stay close to the airport.

The hotel charged me 50E for canceling, even though it was to be free of charge. hotel confirmed they charged it without reason, but the contact stopped after. deffinately wouldn't reccomend it to no one.

Staff available and welcoming, good breakfast, great laundry and ample parking. We were urgently rehoused following a fire and were delighted with the kindness. The first bedroom upstairs is very good: clean, comfortable bedding. We were moved (with notice to move and clean in 10 minutes) to the ground floor: stained bedding, dirty dishes, splashes in the microwave, putrid smell in the bathroom, yellowish shower joints, shower rails. veiled cupboards and traces of “kisses” on the mirror and the bay window. We also saw that the customers were dirty because there was a lot of trash in the bushes. It's not the fault of the staff, nor the planes which pass every 5 minutes. Despite this last bad experience, we wholeheartedly thank the team.

Rehoused by my insurer as part of a disaster, the team is not understanding, their only interest is the financial aspect but not the human aspect. We had reported a problem with flushing the toilet, it was not working, but the problem was not repaired during the 10 nights of stay. Also I don't recommend ordering pizzas, they are €10 and they are frozen pizzas! On the other hand, the staff in charge of cleaning the rooms are very pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel with two children (not teenagers, smaller ones) first because they gave us a Smartbox homestay box from Spain that also works for France and because you can extend your stay by paying an extra fee. This aparthotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise, since we thought, from photos and opinions, that it was worse. Either they have made improvements in recent months, or we have only seen the best. We stayed in 117, a room with a very complete mini kitchen, with a mini fridge, mini dishwasher, dining area, cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, mini hob..., with a living room with a sofa bed, table and chairs and its own balcony, full-length mirror, trash can, large bathroom with shower and a master bedroom also with a balcony. There were folding chairs in one of the closets and everything was impeccably clean and tidy, both the room and the hallways and common areas. One day we decided to have dinner at the aparthotel, since in France you have to have dinner early and this cut us off from visiting the city, the sunset calmly... We bought pre-cooked food at the Carrefour in Pourpan (close and very large, although with a car). There are some restaurants nearby but there are plenty of fast food ones, not the good ones. The worst: the situation. We chose it to take advantage of a gift box but it is in an area in the middle of almost nowhere, where you depend on the car for everything. Without a car, it is not viable. Furthermore, entering and leaving Tolouse on weekdays is a fiasco, with queues that make you waste your time on the journeys. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom and the amenities are just right. The area is not unpleasant, it is just not practical. Average: The main bed is very comfortable, not so much the sofa bed for the children. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in variety, but very good for the price-quality ratio. The best: value for money, cleanliness, tranquility, friendliness of the staff, closed area, well-kept outdoor areas, it has a swimming pool that should work in summer, and having a kitchen is very practical. You can also order pizzas at reception at a very reasonable price, and they will bring them to you. There is a small drinks and snack machine at reception. We signed it up because for urban outings in France, it seems like a good option to us, even better if they are better connected. And we see them as ideal for traveling on the road, work stays.

Very warm welcome, the apartment is comfortable. We feel very good there. Hearty breakfast and sauna to end the day in relaxation.. bus nearby, 10 min walk. Reception at your service at any time and shuttle available if necessary.. I recommend

Very warm welcome despite my arrival at night. Spacious, clean, modern studio, good quality bedding, well-equipped kitchen with the necessary accessories. Clean establishment, close to the airport and the highway. Smiling person, very friendly (I was able to add one night at the last minute). I recommend.

Rather a low-end for a residence that aims to be a 3-star furnished tourist residence. Lamentable sound insulation (noisy because of the nearby airport and poor quality double glazing. But also noisy because the insulation in the rooms is too weak. You can hear the neighbors talking!). If you want a moment of calm and rest, go your way. Especially since the attendance at this aparthotel is very young and festive. Which is linked to financial attractiveness. Very affordable cost of a night. The accommodation itself is spacious, the equipment modern and simple. Relatively low end. A kitchen area too damaged by wear and tear (both household appliances and electrical outlets). This establishment lacks maintenance, despite well-respected hygiene. The bedding is not the most comfortable and the hygiene of the sheets needs to be reviewed. Overall for the price it is decent but far from being a place full of tranquility. The staff is pleasant but the reception needs work. You will have understood, this place is preferred for a quick night, for repairs... And bring earplugs😭

Very friendly welcome, spacious, clean room, small kitchen with fridge, as said above, the price/performance ratio is very good. Very decent breakfast, only downside, the room is a little small.
