"Hotel is a very close drive from city centre. Clean and simple. Water pressure in the shower was good, beds hardness were just nice. Free parking outside the hotel from 2000-0900H. They even offered free shuttle to the airport if you require one. However, one of the air-conditioning in our rooms broke down (we had 2 rooms) and hotel couldn’t do anything about it, but gave us a barely workable fan to cope. The air-conditioning in the other room was working but although the thermostat shows 18 degrees C, felt like 25 degrees C instead."

"The hotel is nice and well located, right in the city center. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Its central location makes it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation."

"I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant! The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!"

"The bed in the standard room is wide enough for a family of three. It is very convenient to go to Capitol Square. There is free mineral water in the room. Overall, it is not bad. The disadvantage is that it is a bit old and the corridor smells a bit musty."

One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse."

"The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option."

"Represented good value for money. Room was well equipped with its own mini kitchen. Good sized bathroom, especially by French standards. We were a little disappointed by breakfast as item replenishment was very slow and choice not as good as other Odalys Hotels, although maybe because demand for breakfast was lower."

"This was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city."

"The area is very convenient, close to the city center and the subway ... Toulouse main attraction for about 15 minutes, but we fully understand the facts when we choose it. The hotel offers good value for money, especially the location. The room was spacious but because the carpet was a bit old. Wi-Fi worked normally. The room was clean. But there is no elevator, you can ask the staff to help carry the luggage"

"Funny, first room light in the room curtain too small, change of room click clack broken in the living room, change of room again .... Phew saved, thanks to the receptionist who did not hesitate to change the room and to her kindness. The prices are attractive but should we suffer these disappointments simply because the price is competitive? Not even a commercial gesture or a free breakfast ..."
