We flagged this at reception and the lady mentioned this was never the case at this hotel, noted down our room number and never came back to us. The menu at the Room Service has been reduced and for instance, ommeletes are not available any longer. The kitchen lacks utensiles and this makes the room with kitchen experience a bit dull as you are not going to be cooking much with wooden cutlery, having to order pans at reception or needing plates that are not available on spot. I would propose either to remove them or fit them for purpose.

After having lived a peripécie with another hotel on Thursday 7 July at 23:30, we called the hotel to know if they were left. We had a very nice gentleman on the phone who told us that there were actually rooms free. 10 minutes later we were on the site. Very good welcome, room card with very quick explanations ! The room was quiet and well isolated ! It was good ! No special concern to stress if it is only a hairdryer in the bathroom would be welcome but this is only a detail ! Thank you and we will repeat our stay when we need!

Best night’s sleep in a hotel ever! Comfortable beds and pillows, proper curtains and almost silent air con. Brilliant shower with Rituals products, separate toilet (always a winner!). Connecting rooms worked well for our family and the dog was made really welcome with bowls ready for her food and water. Can’t wait to come back again.
